昨晚一早六時訂了坐，点了手切肥牛。誰不知上枱居以是一碟冰凍雪過的牛肉，但看到另一枱卻是新鮮的肥牛。很明顯是给我們昨天賣剩放進雪櫃内的牛肉。問店員為何價錢一樣，但给雪過的剩牛，他知吾以对，說甚麽冰凍才易切，簡直不知所謂。這樣將雪過賣剩的牛肉上枱给客人的經營手法實在太另人失望了。已前將此食店例為喜爱的食店之一，今天立即栅除。從始不再光顧。…查看更多

visited there on a week day evening around 9:30 pm with a friend. Many tables were empty but was said to have been reserved.Were then arranged to sit at the corner of the bar area. Ordered two bottles of beer of around $80 each. When settling the bill, were charged nearly $500. Asked to check the bill and found we were charged 2 more drinks of $120 each we had never ordered. They then rectified the bill and we paid $200. The staff made no apologise for making such a mistake.Few days later on a Friday evening, I visited the bar again with another friend. The receptionist said if we would like to have a table for two, we had to order at least a bottle of drink and showed me the drink list in which each bottle is over $2,OOO!!!Otherwise we had to sit or stand in the bar area. Why not just simply charge each customer a minimum fee of $1,000 each!!!!So that at least the customers would know this is a really high end bar for those who do not mind paying.Having the experiences in these two encounters, I now truely believe that the management of this bar is just focus on extracting as much money as they can from customers without the slightest idea of maintaining the good image of the entertainnent industry.
