本身是潮州人，對潮州菜有一定要求。見關注組好多人話呢間唔錯，順路經過，就試吓。個滷水鵝片，仲「鞋」過沙紙，唔飲啖水，爭啲吞唔落。滷水係幾鮮味，但太油啦，食完成口油！個鵝腸又係好油。鵝肝切到好薄，呢個算合格。鹹菜豬肚湯，冇乜胡椒味，鹹菜味又唔夠，師傅味道的確好足。個欖菜肉碎炒飯，炒出嚟啡啡哋色，奇奇怪怪。食落口啲飯仲濕濕粒粒，一啲都唔似食緊炒飯。最精彩都算係個苦瓜，煮到爛晒，完全冇口感。食咗兩件都係埋單走啦！…查看更多

The sandwiches are very nice. The pastrami one in particular, it is better than most other places . Their salads are very refreshing, $80 for a very generous portion. Traditional noodle used to be tasty in each and every single noodle restaurant in Hong Kong. I have just found an exception! The shop is not very tidy. The table is dirty. The seat is not comfortable . The waiter and waitress is not attentive . The soup is tasteless and it's not hot. The noodle is not chewy but soggy. Recently I have ordered a Maple Syrup Banana Cake from Monique, I must say, it's the best cake I have ever had.The banana taste starts from the dried banana chips , becomes more intense at the heart of the cake. The swettness of maple syrup matches just  right with the fullmess of the cake. when you eat, yor are not just tasting the cake, you feel that you are talking to the cake maker, feeling her hands and her heart.
