【信心保證】有水準嘅海鮮發

連續食咗幾次燒邦,食到就黎變常客了。今日有朋友話想食海鮮,忍唔住又推介咗黎食燒邦,貪佢用料同水準高既同時,仲要喺係天后,啱晒係附近番工嘅我哋!今次都係我地早一個星期訂位,師傅發辦,帶晒驚喜~鮮雪耳牛蒡紅棗燉木瓜師傅嘅燉湯每次都好足料,今次呢款味道好清甜,又夠滋潤,啱晒我地一班女仔。骨香酥炸手打鯪魚球實不相瞞,本身我自己麻麻地鯪魚球,因為好多時都食到腥味,師傅嘅鯪魚球完全無呢個問題,同埋無加過多調味料,外脆內彈滑同時食到魚嘅鮮味。魚躍游龍一開頭睇個名淨係估到應該係龍蝦,但估唔到估煮法,原來係用咗韭菜花加雞蛋碎炒至乾身!呢個煮法令到道菜有鑊氣同好香口同時又冇用上好濃調味,保留番龍蝦嘅鮮甜,真係幾唔錯!呢款花蟹唔記得全名係咩,啲蟹腳又輕輕炸過,所以好香脆影鎖住內裏嘅鮮甜。另外師傅亦配上蛋白炒蟹肉,食落十分香滑。古法乾煎游水大花竹蝦呢款次之前都有食過,大蝦夠新鮮,鮮甜得黎爽口!仲要用埋啲膏黎煮個汁,係正嘅!魚湯浸菜呢個係我每次食完咁多海鮮後最期待嘅菜,用鮮甜嘅魚湯後浸時蔬,每次都忍唔住飲下個湯,哈!…Read More

呢排一直都好想揾機會食片皮鴨,終於今個happy Friday 4人成團,朋友幫手book左尖沙咀老店霸王山莊。對上一次黎霸王山莊已經係幾年前既事,同樣都係食片皮鴨,印象係幾好味既。今日再食,水準依然!片皮鴨外皮香脆,油香味豐富,而且唔會片到太厚太多肉,恰到好處。另外佢既餅皮少少煙韌,亦唔會太厚,口感幾唔錯。食上海野一定要點小籠包,呢到既小籠包皮唔算厚,咬落佢肉汁豐富,肉既質地亦唔會好散,值得推介 呢味風味孜然羊一上到黎就勁濃孜然味,真係好似以前食孜然串燒咁濃味,不過驚喜既係佢食落又唔會太濃味,就算唔送飯就咁食都唔驚佢太咸。酸菜魚係我最愛食既菜式之一!呢到既酸菜魚真係勁大份,4個人都未必食得晒。最欣賞係佢一啲都唔孤寒,魚片厚肉得的好滑好鮮味,仲要份量都多,另外仲有唔少蒟蒻粉!至於個酸菜湯都幾好味,酸得黎夠晒麻香,亦唔會好辣。至於呢款冰糖小圓蹄,由於我已經食到好飽同本身唔食豬皮同肥肉,所以我只係食左小小瘦肉,感覺都幾淋同埋醃得幾入味。點左咁多肉,我地都有點番個上湯浸菜苗黎清清腸胃,菜苗幾清脆,都唔錯。Overall黎講,今晚都食到幾滿足,同埋佢地都算係keep 到水準,上菜又快,價錢同份量都公道,我之後都會想帶屋企人黎食下。…Read More

同幾個女仔Fd成日話要番大陸食烤魚,但夾極都未夾到日子番去,最後我地決定都係黎食番汀汀烤活魚算~之前朋友話食過烤魽魚幾唔錯,今次我地就揀咗烤桂花魚睇下係咪一樣咁正XD一上烤魚,個種係大陸先會聞到嘅香辣味已經飄到我鼻到!食落都係預期中嘅香辣味,因為朋友唔識得辣,我地點咁小辣,辣度岩岩好!要值得一讚嘅係魚皮烤到好香脆,加上香辣汁,好惹味;而時桂花魚肉仍然係好滑好鮮甜,唔會過熟!另外呢到嘅侍應仲會過黎幫手𠝹開條魚,話俾我知幾時食岩岩好!食完烤魚就到打邊爐時間喇!呢碟安格斯肥牛實係無令我失望,雪花紋好均勻,食落好香牛味。 仲有個極品黑豚肉都係,平時豚肉滑已經好難得,佢肉質滑得黎同樣重肉味,加晒分!呢外我地仲點咗蝦滑同墨魚滑,同樣爽口彈牙,都唔錯!呢餐我地幾個女仔都食得好開心,完全覺得大陸都唔洗番,下次直接再黎呢到算,哈!…Read More

基本上我每個月都會同Fd黎bricklane食飯, 貪佢食物質素唔差, Outdoor 坐得好舒服, 而且次次點紅酒, 佢地都會倒好大杯俾我地!今晚Happy Friday, 又同Fd黎咗呢到chill下,見到佢已經出咗Halloween menu,緊係要俾面試下啦!先黎嘅Cocktail名為地獄之火-燒棉花糖雞尾酒,呢杯地獄之火嘅最過癮嘅位係將番茄汁加酒倒入溝咗薑汁同辣椒嘅cocktail 到,呢個微辣嘅味道真係對應番佢個名地獄之火!至於個南瓜忌廉湯就真係幾濃南瓜味,甜甜底唔會好滯,不過再Creamy啲就好了!呢個牛肉漢堡唔好以為係普通野,話明係火焰美國頂級牛肉漢堡,食之前侍應就黎表演咗火燒漢堡haha!佢咁樣燒一燒,個burger面都幾脆同埋係少少酒味。另外佢個漢堡牛肉真係High Quality嘅,因為佢竟然試左medium rare Lol. 不過真心幾 juicy同埋食到有香濃牛味!另外一個Main係鮮蝦意大利飯,個飯好creamy 幾好味,鮮蝦都好香同份量都多。另外要稱讚下佢地專登將啲瓜cut到十字架咁,好應節!最後因為個主題甜品未有,所以佢地俾咁芒果Cheese cake我地,呢個芒果Cheese cake 比較creamy同奶味重,不過Cheese味就唔太夠,中規中矩啦!…Read More

朋友話搵到間靚靚Cafe話要帶我去,真係估唔到間係Cafe係藏係油麻地嘅M1酒店。不過呢到嘅裝修真係好森林系,一遍綠草Background令人感覺好舒暢,同埋睇得出佢嘅Setting都係有心思嘅!野食方面,先黎嘅黑松露薯蓉大啡菇都幾 Juicy, 菇味同黑松露味都好香濃,不過芝士就硬咗少少。我地點咗細Size嘅 小食拼盤,但其實份量都好大,佢個番薯薯條好甜同好脆,香腸都唔錯,但個芝士條就都係唔夠熱,無得拉絲。我對呢個黑毛豬串燒都幾大驚喜,因為個豬串係爽得黎有肉汁,肥瘦均勻,係少有呢高質豬串。最黎係龍蝦汁海鮮意粉,其實我覺得龍蝦汁唔算太出,不過佢本身個汁好香濃,而且意粉韌度岩岩好,所以都幾好味。Overall黎講呢到嘅食物同環境都幾唔錯,而且好易影到港女相~~…Read More

平時Happy Friday, 離不開都是到諾士佛臺!但今晚才星期一,兩位女生只想小酙聊天,就來到棉登徑的小餐吧,這裡環境雖然不大,但就都好舒服好relax,而且不會很嘈。我們先點了兩杯很Chok 的Cocktail,上面的是 OM Signature Drink,賣相吸引而且很大杯,上面還有層很厚的泡沫,飲下去味道小甜,酒味都算濃。下面的是HENDRICK’s,味道較為清新及易入口。先來的是慢煮章魚,墨汁薯泥,章魚爽口得來煮得很淋,不會似橡筋般,另外配上碎片,口感很特別!另外薯泥是番薯來的,真是意想不到,但味道是不錯的。之後來的是慢煮伊比亞豬面頰,梨子,豬面煮得很稔,入口即溶般,面且很入味,梨子也一樣,而且梨子酸酸甜甜的,令人配感開胃。食西班牙菜怎可能不點西班牙海鮮飯!這裹的西班牙海鮮飯份量和用料都十足,有很多海鮮,而且也很新鮮,但再入味少少就好了!至於飯呢,口感硬中帶稔, 剛剛好,茄汁底亦大大增加了開胃程度。Overall來說,這裹價錢不算缺宜,但卻真是一個和友人放鬆下的好地方。…Read More

夏日炎炎,週末都係進行一啲室內活動好啲!今個星期日就約咗好閨蜜黎到銅鑼灣嘅ATUM食夢寐以求咗好耐嘅席前甜品!一坐低侍應就送上以試管裝住嘅Welcome Drink,係酸酸甜甜嘅士多啤梨汁,味道好清新。MENU 選擇簡而精,不過我諗大部分人黎呢到都係同我地一樣揀呢到最出名嘅席前甜品架喇~一開始侍應同我地講有黑、白、灰三款畫紙,問我地想要邊款,最後我地揀咗黑色畫紙,感覺襯落雲石枱面最靚!之後佢就開始用椰子味醬表演畫功喇~呢到嘅員工真係好有心思,畫作先由四款果醬(紫色-香芋味、白色-椰子味、黃色-芒果味、紅色-士多啤梨)畫咗個底先,之後再慢慢鋪上柚子味果涷、朱古力奶涷、抺茶麻糬粒、青蘋果味果凍、朱古力脆片、雜莓與菠蘿脆米粒等等食材,而且佢唔只動作快,仲會一邊畫一邊介紹食材味道口感,真係好佩服佢!至於食材方面,我最鐘意就係柚子味果涷同埋抺茶麻糬粒,口感煙韌QQ,柚子味果涷味道仲好清新,又唔會太甜,岩晒夏天食!另外佢嘅朱古力奶涷係黑朱古力黎,所以都唔會驚太甜。 你以為幅畫已經完咗,咁就錯喇,另一主角係以液態氮即製既竹炭朱古力分子雪糕同埋士多啤梨分子雪葩。竹炭朱古力味道濃郁可口,士多啤梨分子雪葩則酸甜清新,各有特色!完成品真係完全滿足我地嘅視覺享受,靚到唔捨得食,而且員工仲好有心思咁幫我地加字添!另外我地仲點咗飲品,先係我點嘅ROSE LATTE,玫瑰花好清香,叻啡亦入口香濃,不過就甜咗少少。友人點咗ICED BANANA CHOCOLATE,驚喜嘅佢竟然唔會太甜但卻有香濃嘅苦朱力同香蕉味,恰到好處!整體黎講,真係完全睇得出呢到嘅員工係好用心準備席前甜品,而我地都完全滿足咗視覺同味覺嘅享受,希望之後有機會可以再黎多次!…Read More

星期五同朋友Happy Friday,Plan咗去銅鑼灣飲野,不過時間嘗早就決定先搵間好啲既餐廳食野同Chill 下先,最後就揀咗呢到喇!佢係船街入口,一啲都唔難搵,雖然唔係好大間,但個感覺好有格調。呢個係Dinner Menu,野食種類雖然唔係好多,但每樣都有特色。我地點咗一支紅一支白,我就飲白嘅,呢支係Pierro L. TC Semillon - Sauvignon Blanc, Margaret River 2016 $365, 好易入口。前菜係sautéed tiger prawn mango avocado salad $158, 有蝦,芒果,牛油果,蕃茄,沙律菜,色彩繽紛,而且全部都經烘烤過,味道更香!另外我地仲點左Hand cut Jamon de Iberico de Bellota $280,  ham 嘅油脂分佈好平均,口味唔錯,不過偏咸,送白酒就岩岩好。到主菜喇,第一款係sea bass shrimp beurre blanc sauce $230, see bas煎等好香,但又冇太多香料調味,食得出整身嘅鮮味,而且口感一啲都唔會好實,真係好難得!另外配菜都好出色,蘆筍同埋蕃茄尾烘烤後好香,薯蓉都好滑。 主菜二係crispy skinned salmon tomato salsa,三文魚扒同樣煎得好多,而且魚皮都好香脆,就算平時少食魚皮嘅我都覺得好好味。第三款主菜係rip eyes,我地叫左Medium Rare,Rip Eyes好Juicy同好淋,食落好有牛香味。 另外厚薯條表皮都好香脆,好好味!我地仲另外加左份mixed mushroom, 炒得好香不過就咸咗少少。Overall 呢到嘅食物質素都唔錯,更重要係我地四個女仔total埋單都係2000, 以開左兩支酒再加上咁好嘅食物質素後講,真係好抵,我極度推薦俾想Chilli下又想食好野嘅朋友!…Read More

之前已經聽講呢座大廈嘅餐廳都幾有水準, 今日就突登揀左呢間備長, 全因佢嘅刺身同埋燒肉睇落都好似幾吸引, 果然食完之後都真係覺得冇揀錯。首先當然要食剌身先啦, 我地點左日本帶子$98同埋油甘魚, 兩款剌身都好新鮮, 特別係油甘魚, 味道甘甘地, 而且口感唔係梅嘅淋口感, 俾滿分佢。之後黎嘅牛舌厚切 $52 真係好厚肉同埋好爽口,仲燒到好香, 食落會有好香濃嘅牛肉味。呢款荔枝豬肉卷 $33 同埋 紅蝦 $68 都令我印象幾深, 因為荔枝好鮮甜同水份十足, 夾埋豬肉卷一齊食個味道幾得意, 同埋感覺冇咁油。至於個紅蝦, 一mok殼成個蝦隻都係紅色嘅膏, 而蝦肉都好爽口, 正明佢都好新鮮。唔少得嘅當然仲有我最鍾意食嘅免治雞肉捧$84啦, 沾滿溫泉蛋汁食真係好好味。我同FD子都係澱粉質愛好者, 所以最後都點左個海膽海鮮炒飯 $128, 個炒飯炒得好有鑊氣, 而且有好多蜆肉係入面, 不過海膽就中規中矩。…Read More

話說最近同FD迷上咗爐端燒,因為貪佢份量唔會太大,啱晒我地食下燒物飲下野吹下水!而今晚同FD happy Friday,我地就揀咗大家都就角嘅尖沙咀北海道爐端燒喇!其實今次都係我第一次黎呢到,我覺得環境比我想像中靚,而且我地4個人食仲有包廂,真係估唔到!另外佢仲有埋衣架俾我地掛外套,咁就唔驚外套到味啦。雖然主要想食烤物,但都要少少澱粉質嘅,我地就點咗個特上壽司盛合。我食咗佢嘅帶子、甜蝦同埋油甘魚壽司,三件壽司上嘅刺身都好肥厚先甜,係唔錯嘅!基本上明太子雞蛋卷係我地必點嘅首選黎!雞蛋又厚又滑,入面釀滿晒明太子,味道鹹鹹地,成件事夾咗!黎爐端燒一定要點嘅當然係海鮮啦。我地就點咗北海道甲羅燒同埋磯燒鮑魚。基本上過程都係侍應幫手搞,所以烤得好好無失手。 味道方面,甲羅燒有滿滿嘅蟹膏,而且有蟹甜味又唔腥;而磯燒鮑魚就夠晒多汁同埋腍,好惹味!食完烤海鮮,緊係要試埋好少有嘅稻草烤安格斯牛扒啦,我地點咗5成熟,師傅真係烤到岩岩好,肉質好鮮嫩,因為本身已經有少少海鹽吊味,就算唔點醬都好好味,點醬就更惹味。結論係200都唔洗可以食到呢個質素嘅扒都幾抵俾!另外我地仲點咗露荀豚肉串,豚肉串,同埋都係咁惹味,而且豚肉都唔會好韌。最後我地仲點咗雷魚天然鹽一夜干,其實我都唔知係咩魚後,但都幾香嘅,不過就烤得有點太乾身,有啲難夾開。整體黎講呢到嘅食物質素都算好,價錢都係中位價,所以我幾推薦三五知己黎食!…Read More

平時黎韓國街都一定係食韓國野,不過次次行到最尾見到呢間西餐廳格調好似幾靚,然後又會同Fd講下次試試佢,成日下次下次,今晚終於決心同好朋友黎Chill下XD話明黎Chill,緊係要飲下酒喇,我就揀咗飲紅酒,呢款Paciencia Toro 係Waiter推介嘅,好易入口同好Creamy,我都幾鍾意。生蠔係Fd話想食,呢款生蠔係比較淡海水味,我自己就比較鍾意海水味重啲嘅,不過佢都幾新鮮。 呢款Ham 喺用出世48個月嘅豬腿肉煙燻嘅,肉質煙韌結實,油脂分佈都幾平均,夾住哈蜜瓜食可以中和番油膩感。海膽配多士真係第一次試,海膽好肥厚同鮮甜,多士都好香脆,真係估唔到呢個 Combination都幾正。 主菜燒春雞肉質真係好嫩滑同埋醃得入味,外皮亦燒到薄脆逼走晒脂肪,另外下面仲有忌廉汁意大利飯,意大利飯淋到岩岩好,Creamy得黎又唔會一Pat野,係有質素嘅!最後食埋個心太較結尾就開心晒喇,呢個心太軟係用苦朱古力,唔會獨甜太滯,而且外表香脆入面流心,好正,不過我就略嫌個雪糕有啲硬,唔係就一流!…Read More

喺觀塘番工,到工廈搵食完全係基本,今日同同事左揀右揀最後揀咗呢間近牛頭角嘅Non Kitchen。 果然,食物質素係唔錯嘅!我地 3個女仔主菜點咗羊扒同埋Pizza, 而羊扒係Dinner Set黎,所以就送咗Tomato Salad。呢個沙律都幾Fresh,番茄夾埋Cheese食中和番佢嘅酸味,但又唔會好滯,岩岩好:)前菜叫咗我最鍾意食嘅Baked Mushroom,好彩呢到嘅焗蘑菇都冇令我失望,夠晒Juicy,上面仲有洋蔥、煙肉同埋芝士,令整道前菜更味道更香更有層次。見到佢有單骨雞翼,即刻想試下!呢個BBQ雞翼都炸得幾香脆,同埋唔會好厚炸粉,同埋酸酸甜甜好香口。 忙咗成日,夜晚緊係要食番喲澱粉質啦,Pizza呢我地就點 Parma Ham, Pizza係薄底番,都幾香脆,除咗Parma Ham, 上面仲有番茄同埋芝士,配埋Parma Ham 味道夾得黎反唔覺得幾Fresh。終於等到個羊扒上黎喇,3件岩岩好一人一件,我地叫咗6成熟,食落都幾淋,而且都有肉汁得黎唔會話好So。 同埋我平時好怕食好多肥肉嘅羊扒,呢件瘦得黎淋真係加晒分。Overall黎講呢到嘅野食都唔差又唔算貴,同埋呢到其真係主打牛扒嘅,所以我決定下次砸黎試試佢!…Read More

喺觀塘番工,夜工少不免都會同同事係附近搵食。雖然觀塘工廈都開咗唔少餐廳,但水準就真係好參次,特別係西餐,好多食扒嘅都麻麻地,不過黎過Bella Shine兩次覺得佢嘅扒都幾有水準,保險啲今晚緊係再黎第三之啦XD呢都主菜或意粉可以+ $88 就可以轉Set Dinner,多咗餐湯、前菜、甜品同埋飲品。餐湯喺南瓜薑湯,南瓜好濃稠同埋好香甜,仲有淡淡嘅薑味,幾特別,而且仲有靚靚拉花係上面。前菜喺日式生蠔,仲有個流心蛋同埋Ham 配埋。 講番生蠔呢,可能我自己就比較鍾意海水味重嘅生蠔,覺得呢隻比較淡味,但都幾新鮮。Rib Eye 好厚身,叫左5成熟真係岩岩好,食落好Juicy同埋好香牛味,肉質一啲都唔韌,食得出係靚扒黎,另外配嘅雜菜都燒得岩岩好,唔會太乾身!我同同事都超級鍾意呢個軟殼蟹天婦羅咸蛋扁意粉,因為蛋黃汁加咗咸蛋黃黎有口感得黎味道更加突出,而軟殼蟹天婦羅炸粉又唔會太多,同埋好香脆,好惹味。甜品喺紅豆抺茶奶凍 · 和菓子伴雪糕,抺茶奶凍嘅抺茶味都幾香濃但又唔會太生,配雲呢拿雪糕食就岩岩好,反而和菓子就唔夠煙韌,冇太大驚喜。…Read More
