買了新鮮去加工,除了第一碟豉油皇炒花竹蝦過得去,之后豉汁聖子米粉底個煎米粉底上到枱己。白灼象拔蚌唔見曬啲潤,加咗餸椒,鹽鮮魷啲鮮魷又細條。 另加椒鹽豆腐,椒鹽豆腐每粒豆腐手指頭咁大粒,茶記都唔會咁啦,以上兩款椒鹽各148元未加一。蒸條魚2斤,佢己開背咁蒸都蒸老哂。辣洒花螺又唔辣只係咸。 蒸蚌個味就不過不失,上湯龍蝦都係普通想浪費海鮮可以試吓。係個咕嚕肉就真係幾好同個椰皇燉奶幾好食,但幾千銀海鮮唔好食,重話專注加工海鮮就。。。…Read More
