At the beginning, my family and I were attracted by its interior design and thought it would be a nice restaurant. However, we had a terrible experience there.  When we went there, less than half of the tables were occupied. I thought maybe it was because we went there quite early. We then ordered 8 dishes, including sushi, a bowl of udon noodles, Japanese fried vegetables, some other side dishes and three drinks.  The dishes arrived so late that I reported to a waitress and a manager. When I asked the waitress why the dishes still didn't arrive,  she was actually the one who had taken our order but she asked us what we had ordered. How ridiculous! Why didn't she check the computer record?  After waiting for another 30 mins, we reported to a manager and told him that a bowl of udon noodles still hadn't arrived. He then went into the kitchen but we still had to wait for another 30 mins. We were furious as they had actually missed the order! Finally, the udon noodles arrived but it was too salty to eat!  If there had been a lot of customers in the restaurant, I would not have been so angry as I understood that there were too many orders. However, it was not the case. The food was terrible  and the service was even more terrible! Neither the waitresses nor the managers had been trained to serve the customers and handle complaints. Please think twice if you want to go there for your dinner. I'm afraid you will regret after going there!  It cost us around $400 for that meal and it was really a waste of money.…查看更多
