相隔二個多月 接連用了兩次銀行的生日優惠買三送一訂位 頭一次經電話預訂 當日去到餐廳時才發覺找不到訂位記錄 幸而當時還有空枱所以權宜坐一席 第二次訂位再謹慎一點 於餐廳用餐時面對面向當值職員訂位 以為會穩陣一些 心大心細 於用餐當日再打電話向餐廳確認訂位 結果同上次一樣找不到訂位記錄 可惜今次沒有那麼幸運 因為已經全院滿座 非常掃興 心裏面有懷疑是否以銀行優惠訂位不受重視 在此發表是希望引起大家關注如有同樣遭遇食友可以在此和聲 …查看更多

I had a same experience, I make lunch booking and told me did not find my booking. Making mistake on my order without any apology. It seems this hotel manager meant doesn’t care.

The order taker Philipino guy try to arugy with me and a supervisor guy call “Nicholas” came to say “SORRY” with his “POKER FACE” and then walk away. What kind of this Hotel management!!!
