母親大人由外地來港探親,我倆大鄉里出城,週末到訪澳門路氹。星期六晚看完演唱會,在 Parisian 留宿一宵。第二天中午,我們漫步經過 Four Seasons 美輪美奐的商場,及充滿打咭位的 Bridge of Stars,來到了 Londoner。自從香港的 Bread Street 關門後,都未試過廚神 Gordon Ramsay 主理的餐廳,就選擇了 Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill 用午餐。我們被安排坐在酒吧旁的梳化餐桌先送上美味的 Brioche 麵包點了廚神經典的 Fish and Chips ($248) 及 Beef Wellington ($498),美味依然,我們尤其對 Beef Wellington 大加讚賞!😋👍Fish and Chips 炸魚薯條Ale battered line caught haddock, triple cooked fries, mushy peas, tartar sauce啤酒炸線捕黑線鱈魚、三炸薯條、豌豆泥、塔塔醬Beef Wellington 威靈頓牛排Mushroom and truffle duxelle, roscoff onion, creamed potatoes, red wine jus蘑菇、黑松露蘑菇泥、洋葱、奶油土豆、紅酒汁飲品點了中式 Chysanthemum 菊花茶 ($38) 及西式Chamomile Blossoms 洋金菊花茶 ($45)埋單時,服務員看見我用的是 Visa Card,立即主動減去 $100,讚 👍後來才知這是 Visa 與澳門金沙的聯合優惠。有機會下次再試星期日中午的 Sunday Roast (今天是 Porcini Rubbed Roast Beef 牛肝菌烤牛肉 $298) 及 Sticky Toffee Pudding 😋…Read More

Thanks to the "United We Dine" campaign, we received an "Amber Discovery Menu" gift certificate as our reward.
