I ordered the “April Special - 14oz Premium Australian Ribeye” and requested medium rare. It turned out to be almost well done. The steak was of good quality, it’s juicy inside, but unfortunately the outer layer is coarse and dry due to overcooking. And they did not ask me what sauce I wanted.
