The noodles have good texture, nice and chewy, and also absorb the soup flavor. The broth is nice and flavorful, not too salty. The beef and beef tendon texture were quite nice but it is lacking flavor. The beef is lacking flavor, only the outside surface has some flavor from being in the soup for a while. Value for money but would go elsewhere for pizza.Portion wise, the pizzas were quite large for one person. For margherita pizzas, I prefer motorino instead. Ordered the OmniSeafood laksa in the restaurant and would not order again.The soup is missing some key ingredients to make it more herbal and floral, such as basil. Not sure why saffron was included on top of the dish.There could be vegetables included as there is only "meat" which is fried and quite heavy on the stomach. The "fish" gets a weird taste after soaking in the soap for a while.The noodles were the most let down as it is too soft and thin. It is not on par with other vegetarian restaurants as it is only trying to showcase the fake meat and not being an actual vegetarian restaurant. You're mostly paying for the decor and service. The food is unsatisfying and overall very meh. For some reason, there is a layer of oil over every dish. The stir-fried vegetables were not stirred enough because there were very salty areas. The texture of the vegetables are fine and crunchy but a bit oily. The boat noodles were fine but the soup is a bit salty and oily. The roti were nice and crispy but not good value and weird sauce (peanut sauce). The fried shrimp lumps were okay and hot. The mala soup is mixian sense style, good flavors though not much ma. The other spicy soup has a nice chicken broth base. Both are not that spicy. The 7 colored noodles should be placed last as they absorb the soup quick and get soggy.The beef is fine though can put in at a later stage of you like medium well beef as the soup comes boiling hot. All day breakfast was mediocre. It is the best breakfast you can get here because it is the only cafe/restaurant. The focaccia is decently fine but a bit dry. The salmon is fine, nothing special, tasted like store bought. The salad is fine, clean and crispy with your own choice of dressing. The potatoes were the worst, somehow not crispy, dry, a bit bland, tough, and mushy. I think their oven wasn't hot enough to reheat the potatoes, I suspect frozen potato wedges. Good baseline coffee; ordered the iced Caffè Mocha and hot Caffè Açaí-Rosa, both decaf.The iced mocha has actual cocoa flavor, not the generic Starbucks or Pacific chocolate flavor. If you want a good baseline cocoa flavor that is well mixed in with the coffee, I would recommend this mocha.The açaí-rosa tastes so good; tangy and sweet flavors that blend well with the milk and coffee.The decaf bean profile written on their menu is 2/5 acidity, 3/5 roast, 3/5 body. The Classico No.3 blend is 3.5/5 acidity, 3/5 roast, 4/5 body.If you don't like too much acidity, I would go for the decaf. The portion sizes and quality have decreased.Got the laksa, curry chicken wing rice, hot milk tea, lemon barley water, barley water.The laksa soup is mild spicy with diluted creamy flavor, absolutely no coconut flavor in soup. The noodle texture is fine, not overcooked. I suspect the soup has been diluted due to cost cutting measures.The curry chicken wing rice has no flavor in the curry and chicken, the two main aspects of the dish.The barley water has no barley flavor, just a hint of sweet with some barley at the bottom. It tastes like a hint of both but with Chinese influence as it is missing some key herbs and spices to make it more authentic.The only positive thing is that it isn't too salty or bland.There was a seared squid item with spicy dip (not shown) but the dip was not spicy and weirdly sour (I'm guessing there was vinegar).I would not go again as it is not worth the money; hiked prices due to APM location. I got the blackcurrant croissant at night (~20:30), not freshly baked, maybe that's why. The croissant itself tasted more like a dessert croissant, less savory. The folds are quite nice, though leaning to a bit bready. I didn't like the cream at all cause it was sticky and didn't have a good texture. Quick service, okay value, filling. Expect to order once you sit down, so make sure you look at the menu outside. The eggs are slightly over salted, same with the macaroni soup.
