I have visited this restaurant last Friday which I spent HKD4,266 for dining with 5 guests.  The food quality was so so but the staff service was extremely bad.  I have ordered a bottle of Chateau Senejac, Haut Medoc 2009, however, the staff has opened a 2011's year bottle without letting me know.  I discovered that after the wine has been poured into the decanter.  I immediately complained to the staff and one guy (which I can't remember his name) just came by saying the 2009 already out of the list, they only got the 2011 available.  I have specified that I requested for 2009 instead and this guy just nodded without apologized for their reckless' act.  I even told him that you should have shown to me the bottle before opening it.  The statement I received from that guy was "This place is not a Hotel, hence, no such service will be required".  I felt extremely upset by his lousy and unprofessional services.  Therefore, I would like to write an review with regards to this bad quality services that I have encountered via this platform.   …查看更多
