Went here for dinner with friends. We were given a table by the window (most of the tables are) and the view is spectacular. I ordered the Autumn set. You get a combination of sushi and cooked food, all high quality and so much food! There are some items that especially stood out. The foie gras sushi was soooo tasty - pan fried perfectly. All the fish in the sashimi platter were very fresh. The soft shell crab and pumpkin tempura was probably my favourite. Batter was not too thick, yet very crispy. The soft shell crab they use is high quality. The final dish is the udon which has dried shrimp in the broth. The dried shrimps give it such a great flavour. I have been coming here since I was a kid and will always recommend friends who are visiting to come for real authentic dim sum. People I recommend always tell me this is the best dim sum especially for the price. If you go on the weekends, make sure to arrive early before the long lines! I always order their 燒味 - their roast pork (燒肉), roast goose (燒鵝) and barbecue pork (叉燒) are delicious. Their roast pork is always crispy and doesn't have a thick layer of fat like you'd find at most other restaurants. Their barbecue pork is so tender yet not too fatty and has just the right amount of sweetness. Another item I would highly recommend is the pork soup dumpling (小籠包). There is so much soup inside and the skin of the dumpling is just right, not too thick. Their crispy chicken (炸子雞) is so crispy and tender. Not too salty and not fatty. It's a great item to share. This place does traditional style dim sum. Must order their roast pork, the skin is crispy and meat is tender. Their daily soup is always good too - rich and flavourful. You can't go wrong with the usual dim sum items. The 蝦餃, 燒賣, 糯米雞 are noticeably of higher quality than your average Cantonese restaurant, yet the price is very fair - lower than most places would charge for the equivalent quality. Amazing authentic Cantonese food. Some recommended dishes would be the barbecued meats, especially the char siu. They do the traditional dim sums exceptionally well - you can never go wrong with the shrimp dumplings 蝦餃, which uses very high quality large shrimp compared to the 蝦餃 you would order at other restaurants . Their roast chicken stuffed with glutinous rice is another must-order item. Would highly suggest ordering the 馬拉糕 which is very fluffy and moist. The caramel taste is just enough and not overpowering or overly sweet. The crispy brisket is a great item to order for dinner as it is more filling. The beef is perfectly cooked - tender and not dry at all. It's fried just enough so that it's crispy yet not too much batter or oily. I also like to get their 滑蛋蝦仁. Just like in their 蝦餃, they use large juicy shrimps and the scrambled egg is silky and moist - cooked well and very yolky, not dry. For dessert, the 芒果卷 is a nice way to end the meal. It's refreshing and they always use fresh mango.Good value for money. Great service and ambience as well. Perfect place for a dim sum lunch or casual dinner.
