New place in Taihang. Stopped by last week to check out the menu and got a dirty look when I didn't order. Stopped in again today for a snack. Nice hipster interior w/ some craft brews, tank top, tatooed gweilo staff to make you feel cool. Ordered an American classic dog w/ fries for $56. They charged 10% service charge even though it's not mentioned on the mentioned. I asked about it - they said it's standard in HK. Hot dog was tiny, fries very oily. Nothing special about the flavour. Being an entrepreneur myself (and also hoping for a new food option in my hood) I decided to give my feedback to the guy acting as the owner/manager. His response - "you're the first person to complain". Not how you deal with valuable customer feedback as a new biz. Granted, he did offer to refund my cash.…查看更多
