From first getting there to leaving, wonderful service, good food and a great evening.I saw the various comments here and decided to give it a try for my wife's birthday dinner.  I made the reservation online; very smooth and fast.  We found the restaurant very easily and as stated, free parking.  The staff invited us to take a seat first and have a glass of water as we were early.  The dinner was good and the service was very nice.  The only thing that I could find a very small fault was that I wish the food would come a little faster.  But my wife told me the point was to slowly enjoy the time so I guess I will just have to be patient and enjoy the time with my wife.  As I stated that the evening was for the birthday of my wife, they even had a small desert prepared for her; very nice.  While the dinner wasn't cheap, it was well worth it for a special evening.…查看更多

Went to Macau with my wife for a short vacation break. Ate at Fernando before but don't remember whether it was good or not so decided to give it another try. We arrived early and sat in the non-air-conditioned dining room. I forgot about the fact that they didn't have air-conditioning. :( It was a bit warm. We ordered the shrimp, ribs and fish balls, forgot what they called them officially. The shrimp was great :), the ribs so-so, and the fish balls were not impressive. The ribs came with fries and when we asked for ketchup, we were given a very snobbish "no" by the waitress. Not a "I am sorry but we don't have any." or "Sorry, we don't serve ketchup with fries." but a "How dare you even to ask for such low-end product as ketchup for our superior chips type of NO". As a matter of fact, most of the people who served there came across as snobbish as if they knew they were famous and they knew they had lots of customers so they don't really care if you liked their service or not. There was one waitress who was better but she was the only exception. I will try to remember not to go there again.…查看更多

Went there last night to celebrate my wife's birthday. Had to come back as it wasn't open yet when we got there too early. No sign on the door saying the opening hours. It was funny having to call and talk with the person inside on the phone separated by the glass wall. The food was good. The flesh oysters were ..... flesh and yummy. They were nice. The soup and main course were nice. The service was so-so, depending on the person serving. The person, I believer was the boss or at least the manager, was very nice. The other male staffs were not as great. As it was a small restaurant, the staff should be mindful of their discussion volume when they talk with each other. They seem to have a regular set of clientele whom they treated with a little more deference. While I can understand that, they should probably not make it so obvious that your opinions are not as important as their regular clients. Went there for lunch today with 2 family members. The food was passable but the service was terrible. When we arrived, it was just before the lunch rush so we didn't have to wait for a table. The ordering process was fine but the attitude of the staff was not great. As the restaurant got more crowded, the service, or the lack thereof, took a nose dive. From the ladies who supposed to refill the tea pots to the assistant managers, it seems like they knew they have lots of business so don't really care if they are nice to their customers.
