Came here to enjoy the buffet. A short line and waiting and it was our turn. The waiter let us inside and it was very dark, stuffy with bad air quality. Adjacent table was a having a big BBQ on open fire where the smoke couldn’t dissipate. Fine it’s BBQ, but looking at the ceiling, there was zero extra measure or some sort of extra air ventilation than any other restaurant. Had to order via mobile app, and here is the shocker: upon checking the items, lots of things were sold out! Isn’t this sth that should not have happened to a buffet menu, or at least spare the customer the habit to waste time and put a sign that some items are not available? As title says… waiting and waiting. On a Saturday afternoon where entire branch only has 4 tables, order a simple crepe takes forever. After ordering, 5-7mins passed until staff came out to say the gelato flavor for the crepe ordered ran out. Changed the flavor, and waiting again! If a simple crepe order takes more than 15mins (at the time I am writing this review), with four tables only, I’m scared to imagine when it’s full house! Coffee isn’t bad for the price I must admit! Quite a sad encounter in this restaurant. Started the 1hr all-you-can -eat option at 830pm. Tried every sort of beef once and soon figured out the top rib eye beef flank was the best (could also tell that 1 portion was the thinnest and smallest). After 20mins we kept ordering that and they told us sold out! Gave us a long story about their supply chain, but didn’t offer to solve the problem. Accidents happen, but then subsequently other guests came in and since we were sitting at the entrance table we could clearly hear they ordered all-you-can-eat too. The owner who was at the cashier at the entrance greeted them and didn’t tell them that beef sold out! This is the part that isn’t just! The food over all is quite nice but also slightly pricey. Very good service provided by staff here. Good atmosphere but a bit loud overall. Recommend the tomahawk steak piece which is good quality beef as well as the small appetizers. Some dishes a tad too salty.…查看更多

This is a bad way to do business: First the restaurant promised us to wait for 20mins. Then after ten mins they, with the effort to not lose the business of table of 6, they tell us a table is about to be ready. Pls wait for another 10mins... Order some drinks at the bar (yes, give them more business via drinks before the meal). Upon after waiting for another 10mins, they tell us the table changed their mind and are not paying anymore. We have to wait longer. This is really bad attitude of running a restaurant. If you can't control your flow of patrons, don't over-promise! First time here at the suggestion of friends, but definitely last time here!! Many other restaurants to choose from! …查看更多
