Decided to have an early dinner and as I’ve been to pantry centrale a couple of times before to buy cold cuts, cheese etc. We decided we to have dinner. We shouldn’t have, Ordered the meat platter 3 choices of cold cuts for 190$, went to select the cuts and was told that prosciutto di Parma is extra, who offers a platter of cold cuts in an Italian restaurant/deli and doesn’t expect the customer to order Parma ham? Not sure why this wasn’t listed on the menu as they had mentioned it on another menu item, a small but interesting conversation ensued with the waitress. 1 x pasta pesto - way more al dente than it should 1 x tiger prawn, avocado, Romaine heart, mango salsa - 3 prawns (not tiger, looked like tail on frozen), maybe half an avocado (if that) lots of lettuce and some mango. Strange thing is they are really close to a very good wet market, live prawns swimming happily around. 1 x grilled US prime ribeye steak, greasy where it was pan-fried (not grilled) and undercooked. I know they need to charge a premium where they are but come on guys, not even to check on if we enjoyed the food or even say thanks and goodbye. Poor, poor service, food & attitude.…查看更多
