Lovely decoration and the food is decent, slightly pricey considering it is a residential area location. 80-90% occupied on a weekday lunch. several requests need to be reminded several times such as warm water, and serving the dessert (but eventually after waiting for 15 mins and informed it was out of stock after giving to others first).supposed to be a relaxing lunch but in the end we had to rush to finish it because the service is really slow and constantly requires several reminders.…查看更多

Frequent diners of this restaurant. The customer service is quite disappointing.1) inconsistent standard of serving water to different diners2) had a long time to get their attention for initial order3) the food serves quite fast, probably within 2 minutes, as it seems all are just pre-heat (1 pizza, 2 pastas and fries)4) request waiter to close the side door as he left it open this time round, he indicated they have to walk in and out hence is very inconvenient to keep it close (but all along is closed!)5) baby chair has to request through three different waiters6) plenty of available seats despite lunch hour…查看更多
