Walking in it was bustling and had that noodle house feel. The big glass windows with the chefs kneading and cutting the noodles and making the dumplings. Ordering was done scanning qr code and I ordered the spicy beef noodle. The noodles came out promptly with 2 kimchi side dishes and a small mouthful of sesame oil rice. The noodles were kinda more like Chinese noodles but lacking the al dente feel. The spicy soup had std shin ramen feel and the toppings of been sprouts mushrooms and leek with pieces of pulled beef. Sheung kee is one of the tastiest congee shops in hk. The congee is made fresh daily with rice and dried scallops daily. This time having the Kup dai -supreme mix of meats congee. When ordering I ordered and added an off menu item of fresh fish maw. The congee came bubbling nice and hot and filled to the brim with congee and pork goodies as well as the fish maw. Went to this long lasting and traditional noodle shop in Yuen long. Greeted with the same decor since 10 years ago and same friendly staff. Ordered the wonton noodles. The noodles arrived hot and served in the tradition way with wonton on the bottom and noodle on top to preserve the firmness of the noodle. are made by them daily and are firm in texture. The wontons are perfect size with right amount of fresh prawn and pork filling. The soup is clear and subtle taste of dried prawn eggs and dried flat fish. Overall it was a great meal. …查看更多

Went past Noodle Lah! And decided pop in for a noodle. A chicken Lahska. It was very good, one of the best I've had in HK. The broth was flavoursome and tasty , the noodles a freshly made version and the chicken tender with hints of lemongrass. Only fault I think was could do with more bean shoots for that crunch. A cosy place in the heart of MK in Moko. One of the best places for good value and great brunch/lunch.Started with a appetizer worthy of a breakfast in itself. A bowl of fresh kale salad, a warm croissant , a block of homemade grilled bacon and a nice bowl of soup. For mains I had the wagyu beef with udon in tomato broth.
