It's also good to order this dessert to go because then it comes in a handsome little glass jar that you get to keep. Had the Conch & Wild Duck Soup as a starter, followed by Oysters with Ginger & Scallions, Garlic Spare Ribs, Fried Milk, Steamed Crab over Glutinous Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaves, Pomelo Skins with Dried Shrimp Eggs, Shredded Chicken with Jellyfish, and Fish Lower Jaws in Ginger & Scallions. Came here for their classic Snake Soup, plus their famous Duck Liver Sausage. Both were excellent. The hearty Snake Soup is nicely counter balanced by thin slivers of fresh Lemon Grass; the Duck Liver Sausage rice pot is veritable foie gras.
