在香港生活了幾十年,這間是第一,也是唯一一間我 "定期光顧" 的西餐廳.甚至曾會向身邊朋友推介,相約一起去吃會 "定期光顧", 必要條件是因另一半和我同時都非常喜歡這店:我自己一向偏心小店 (chain shop 免問,是大企業開的也減分),對另一半來說,這裏除了廚師有 heart 而平靚正外, 菜單種類也剛好合她的口味,還記得她的 no. 1 flavour 是這兒的蘑菇湯 -- "flavour 級別"  是會為此專程而來那種但有一次去光顧時, "是日餐湯" 是第二樣來的,但那晚用餐後,與廚師哥哥閒聊數句,另一半表達了對這兒那蘑菇湯的 "仰慕之情" 後, 廚師哥哥竟即席為她再弄個蘑菇湯出來你說這兒怎能不成為 "飯堂一號" ?   可惜, 真的非常可惜, 一切已成空話, 因 ... 店已結業...   PS. 廚師哥哥若見字,可以發個短信給我嗎? 你若再開新店/在別店工作,我們必定來幫襯 ~  ------------------------------ok, 要講的講完as to try to qualify as a "食評", some photos and comments here:1.) 最平 五十多元 的晚餐, 會有像樣的 vinegar (for bread basket)  2.) 熱豆漿 + 油條 here become a must to me (even it 33C in the summer)actually they are not something unique, quality is stable but not extremely delicious just the matching (熱豆漿 + 油條) does really fit me (and many people, I think)location is good, very convenient but very crowded too, you are expected to be "頂手頂腳" by others. it's a mystery how come so many ladies can tolerate the environment 8Pservice -- well, compare with the environment, it's up to standard 老闆娘都幾 nicea place that makes me want to visit on purpose every time I am nearby in Kwun Tong at nightthe major reason may be not because of the food -- it just takes a couple of minutes to finish the "dessert"so I may just take it as a break, and people may usually more concentrate on the food in such a short time, instead of doing other things all the time and at last forgot what we had in the meal actually. Dim Sum are really good. Fresh, tasty and delicious (a key is "有點心香氣!") -- top 3 among all; except 腸粉 which is just "so so"and they intentionally not to provide too many choices -- in order to control the quality, I think. Which is something good to me as I would rather have fewer choice but good qualityBut the environment and service are really ...
