經常會經過九重鮮,今晚終於初嚐哩間評分幾高嘅紅磡區韓式食店。前菜幾好食,有比較少見嘅苦瓜。點餐後大約5分鐘,載滿海鮮嘅蒸籠就上台。店員叮囑當溫度計到 95 度就通知佢哋。唔夠五分鐘,95 度達標,可以開始續層食喇!第一層:聖子+象拔蚌仔跟住第2,3,4,5,6 層都無影相因為實在係要食得幾急。WHY? 因為蒸爐一直咁樣蒸住其他層嘅海鮮,我哋怕啲海鮮整得太老,所以唯有盡快食。一直到第7層嘅肉蟹:整體黎講,D海鮮唔算好鮮味。而且蒸籠嘅溫度調校得唔係太好,所以每一味海鮮都有啲老。由於需要食得好急,整個晚飯只係用咗1小時5分鐘就食完喇。…Read More

星期六午飯時間,喺灣仔覓食嘅時候,突然間被一張蝦多士嘅照片吸引住。見到佢嘅Menu有蓮蓉西米焗布甸,就即刻被吸引住要試吓。呢度喺奇華餅家嘅旗艦店嘅樓上,一間新嘅餐廳,叫做奇華茶室。聽餐廳嘅名字,會以為係茗茶嘅。但係茶嘅種類唔多。Menu上面標榜住「香江小食」丶「港式三文治」丶「香港滋味」嘅大標題。但係對於一個香港土生土長嘅我嚟講,奇華茶室嘅菜式/ 食物一啲都唔港式。「香江小食」竟然係有星洲炒蘿蔔糕;「港式三文治」竟然有俄羅斯芹菜雞肉卷;「香港滋味」第一味竟然係「馬來鮮蝦喇沙」。近年有個名詞叫做「偽洋港女」,意思就係指有啲女仔明明香港出世,香港大,但係滿口英文,連講廣東話嘅時候都帶英文口音同埋淨係溝鬼仔。而我就覺得奇華冰室簡直就係「偽港洋餐」,就好似俗語咁講「掛羊頭賣狗肉」。講返食物先。我點左一個粟米燴石斑飯同埋蓮蓉西米焗布甸。粟米燴石斑飯飯係蛋炒飯。汁比較少,帶有芝士味。飯粒有啲堅硬但係尚有誠意。魚,好鹹。非常鹹。佢哋用咗西式香草嚟處理條魚。我從來都冇食過港式嘅粟米石斑飯係會用 herbs 做㗎囉。魚柳仲有骨添。如果有勇士去奇華茶室點呢個飯食就真係要小心啲啃骨呀!蓮蓉西米焗布甸蓮蓉同西米嘅比例剛剛好。一啲都唔會覺得太甜。非常好味道。佢哋嘅廚房做咗半開放式。所以食客可以見到廚房裏面嘅活動。廚房裏面嘅員工有啲帶帽,有啲無,我諗好多機會跌到頭髮落去啲食物度。另外佢哋冇一個人戴口罩,又不停喺廚房度講嘢。都幾唔衛生。正所謂眼不見為乾淨,如果要做半開放式廚房,就做戲做全套啦,唔該。奇華茶室仲會收一個好虛無縹緲嘅費用叫做服務費。點解虛無飄渺?我都唔知道服務從何來。可能餐廳實在太新,員工欠缺訓練,所以服務同餐廳收取嘅價錢嚴重不成比例。有一樣嘢奇華茶室處理得非常舊香港,好令所有人厭惡嘅處理手法就係找錢嘅時候唔知點解唔可以比一張$50 / $10 紙或者一粒$10銀/ 兩粒$5銀… 而要找到好散俾你,搏你挾俾10%虛無縹緲嘅服務費之後,再俾小費。其實小費嘅嘢,如果服務員態度或者服務比較好,大部份食客都唔會吝嗇。希望奇華茶室認真檢討佢哋嘅服務態度同食物質素。其實做洋式港餐冇問題啫,唔好扮「港式」啦。如果餐廳係因為奇華餅家所以要堅持「港式」食物嘅話,就唔該換過個Menu。…Read More

星期日晏晝喺灣仔想食清啲,記得「靠得住」賣點係冇味精嘅粥麵,所以就去咗靠得住試吓佢係咪真係靠得住。叫咗一個午市套餐:豬膶魚腩粥加銀芽炒麵,再加一條油條。首先講吓個粥先。足底有啲稀,用魚熬嘅,有好甜嘅魚味。至於豬膶同魚腩嘅數量呢…就有啲吝嗇囉。得三膶二腩。個豬膶新鮮同食落口係爽嘅魚腩呢…一般啦,不過不實。雖然剩係得兩舊魚腩,但係一啲都唔係特別大舊㗎喎,一般魚腩粥嘅魚腩size。呢碟銀芽炒麵可以改過個名叫「堅多油炒麵加銀芽」。啲麵條條都”令蠟蠟”啊至於條油條… …好幼。真係冇食過咁幼嘅油條。咬落去都有啲硬,仲有啲油添。我諗條麵粉發嘅時間並唔足夠,所以炸起上嚟嘅時候根本發唔起。嘥晒啊。等緊食物上枱嘅時候,揭一揭佢個餐牌。嘩嘩嘩嘩嘩… 真係嚇死寶寶呀 混醬腸粉要$26?!?!?! 斜對面街間鋪頭賣緊$14咋喎。鮮炸油條要$20?!?!?! 粗過對筷子少少㗎咋喎,仲有油淋淋添。銀芽炒麵仲平過條油條同齋腸?!?!?!?!?!?!?!負責為靠得住定價嘅人士係咪離地咗啲呢?仲有,呢度會收取一個好虛無嘅費用,叫做服務費。點解虛無?因為都唔知嗰個「服務」是從哪裏來的總括來講,食物如其名,只係靠得住,同必食或者好食有段距離。最後要提一提會去靠得住食粥嘅朋友仔,粥𥚃面好大機會有魚骨所以食嘅時候小心啃骨。…Read More
