The meal wasn't cheap $497 HKD for 6 dishes, one was wrong. I got a call saying they are down in the foyer, I go down down and the delivery guy was not there. I called them they said he's on his way, then I notice other people also waiting for their delivery. I waited about 20 minutes. They are calling people before they arrive to make the customers wait so the delivery man doesn't wait. This is not acceptable considering the premium they are charging for the food. Also they won't bring the food up to your floor you have to come down, even McDonalds for a 70 dollar meal will bring it up.  When the delivery man finally came he wasn't polite, actually quite rude and didn't apologise for making me wait so long. For the food itself, if the food was of good quality I wouldn't mind waiting so long but the Pad Kee Mow tasted like a  greasy cantonese meal, the noodles wasn't the wide traditional Thai noodles for Pad Kee Mow and the cost for the similar local meal is 30 HKD. Pineapple rice wasn't in a Pineapple, they made a mistake with one dish and then said the delivery man is still in the foyer, that was a 20 minute wait. This is my second time writing this review the first one apparently was little insulting, defamatory, and/or misleading. So this time I am keeping it short and sweet. Waiting time before actually receiving food was 1hr, 30mins waiting at the door before getting seated only to find 3 empty tables. Then another 30mins waiting after taking our order because they forgot our order, only about 10 customers 3 people serving, so the staff displayed a high level of incompetence. The food quality was very poor, small portion of oily soaked crinkle fries, small frozen style meat patty, some lettuce and way too much mayonnaise. This was a 93 dollar burger combo that I can get a local Chinese place for 20 dollars, their poster is extremely misleading it shows some gourmet burger looking succulent and delicious. I am very sceptical as to the origin of this picture, because the whole time I was there I didn't see any burgers that looked remotely like their picture, without jumping to conclusions based on what I saw the burger in the picture is not made by them or offered on the menu. You can come to your own conclusions as to where the picture came from. As a comparison and a comparison only if anyone here remembers the 80's show called "You can't do that on Television" a Barf burger is 10 times the burger these are and Barf kept his burgers warm using... well I can't say because apparently it's too insulting to allow it on openrice, I am not reviewing Barf burgers which it's only insulting to him and I am only using Barf in this case as a comparison, but hey I have to comply their guidelines google is your best friend, so you have to look up the show. So in summary:Cons* Incompetent staff, they don't know what it means to bring someone to a vacant table and remember their order* long waiting times* low quality food and highly over priced, no bang for buck there* misleading advertisement, the real burgers are nothing like the picture ( quote Michael Douglas in Falling Down )* hard place to find, located in some basement quite far from the stationPros* The bar looks quite nice, they are more set up to serve beverages then food* I didn't get food poisoning …查看更多
