We made a reservation for two at around 3:30 on a Friday two days in advance and got a nice table by the window. The staff were friendly and nice and got us a chair to put our belongings. We got the pancakes and Egg Benedict and loved it. The pancakes came with just the right amount of syrup and berries to create a sweet and fresh taste. The staff gave us a free chocolate bomboloni to take away, which we were super grateful for!!! The decor was also very pretty, with high ceilings and a showcase of all pastries in a glass box. We went there for lunch at 12:00 on a weekday (Tuesday) without a reservation and got a table immediately. The staff were nice and invited us to look at their lunch menu, where you could have a dessert or drink for an extra $20. We ordered the char siu with rice and braised beef with mashed potato. We made a booking on the day (8:00 PM, Wednesday), and were able to secure a table for three. We were late for a few minutes but the staff kept our table for us, which we’re very grateful for! We got a booth seat which was comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had the pad thai -- the egg was sweet and complimented the noodles well, and the noodles were of appropriate texture. We also ordered the ribs -- they had the option to have the sauce by the side, but we ordered for it to be spread on the ribs in advance. However, the sauce was quite spicy. I ordered the linguine with clams and loved it! The clams were very clean, luscious and didn’t taste foul. The linguine was el dente and suited my taste. Nonetheless I don’t think it was worth $190+. We ordered the croquettes and the lobster rice and absolutely enjoyed it. The croquettes were crunchy but not rock hard. The lobster was considerably cracked to aid our deshelling, and juicy in flavour! We were a bit disappointed about the rice though — the sauce was a bit overdone and made the rice way too soggy.
