I am writing to express my experienced at your restaurant on Saturday evening.I made a reservation online for 6:45 PM and received a confirmation message indicating our dining time would be from 6:45 to 8:00 PM. We arrived at 6:35 PM, the staff at the entrance insisted that we would only be allowed to stay until 7:45 PM. While we understand that weekends can be busy, we felt it was unreasonable to limit our dining time, especially when we had been informed of an 8:00 PM cutoff.The attitude of the staff was not only unhelpful but also unfriendly, which further added to our disappointment. Our intention was to enjoy a meal at your establishment, which came highly recommended for its delicious food. Unfortunately, this experience has left us with a negative impression.We ultimately chose to leave without dining. Given the effort that your chefs likely put into their meals, it is disheartening to see that the front-of-house service did not reflect that commitment.…查看更多
