Serving dimsum in the hustle and bustle of Temple Street, I would have assumed that each dimsum dish would be served very quickly. But you need to be semi patient when dining here as they steam each dimsum fresh for you - which is exactly why I thought this place was so good! Everything was served piping hot :) I guess it is not a shocker as it is owned by two Michelin chefs. My favourite was the steamed rice in lotus leaf, as the flavours of the lotus leaf was really present in the rice! I also really appreciated the fact that you could order the hargow and siumai as portions of 2, as it gives room to try more variety of food 😝 I also had to order their baked charsiu bao as this is honestly one of my favorite dishes!! We left with very full bellies and it was only $90 per head! Be sure to go for early dinners though, as the queue starts forming at around 7:30pm. …查看更多
