今時今日呢間餐廳仲可以未執真係奇蹟。一坐底叫幾次都無人嚟。落完單，兩個主食到咗食埋(食物質量真的好一般, 冇味道及賣相)，三杯嘢飲竟然仲未到。叫伙計幫手跟下又無回覆。再過十分鐘，第一杯嘢飲到咗，但係錯嘅！忍無可忍叫個伙計望清楚，同問佢有咩可能嘢飲要等咁耐？！（事實係好多伙計，但佢地只係圍在水Bar嘻嘻哈哈，傾計同玩）個伙計竟然仲駁咀，話仲有好多單喺我地前面，真係火都嚟！去茶餐廳叫杯嘢飲竟然要等多過三十分鐘，睇住一班伙計只係傾計同玩，我地附近嗰幾枱全部都係等極嘢飲嘢食都未到。。。。我真心唔明點解咁差嘅工作態度老闆可以容忍，點解佢地值得收人工？最低工資都俾多佢地! 真心希望佢快啲執，唔好再浪費地球資源！…查看更多

Never been to a restaurant with such bad service! We booked a table for 16 people with kids at 12 pm. When we arrived on time, the waiter was like half sleep and directed us to upstairs! We went to the first floor then found that we were separated into two sets of tables which technically we would be splitting into two separate groups! The waitresses had no smiles and showed an attitude as 'unwilling' to serve! Sat down for more than 15 minus without any drinks or menus being offerred.... When we completed our order of brunches, 5 minus later another waitress came over and mentioned that kids can't take any food from the salad bar, if so, there will be extra charge!!!was super mad with such attitude and unfriendly arrangement for kids! We all left that restaurant without taking any food there! During reservation, we did mention there would be 5 kids along, if they aren't willing to take kids, they should have raise it out while we make the reservation...for a restaurant charging more than hkd 300 per head, I surely can't accept the service standard is even worse than any fast food chains !!!! No way I will go there again!! Really wonder how can they survive?? No matter how great the food is, with a serving crew like this is really a shame!!…查看更多
