Disappointing Dining Experience.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARROGANT OWNER.As we were a group of 8 people we ordered many items from the menu,Few dishes were decent and few dishes  were average.Veg quesadillas we had ordered which didn't look like "the usual" quesadillas , it looked same like the veg tacos, so we requested to change it and  add some extra cheese and some mushrooms and bell peppers .The owner/head chef comes to our table and rudely says this is how quesadillas are made , and  my restaurant is the best Mexican in Hong Kong. He also claimed wherever and in whichever country we have eaten Mexican food is not CORRECTLY made Mexican food , but what VERDE MAR  serves is the authentic Mexican food.He also said ASIANS(we) dnot read the menu properly dnot read proper description of the items listed in the menu and just order.Just one request to change one dish and we get to listen all this from the head chef.…查看更多
