I've reserved a table to celebrate my birthday with my husband. I’ve arrived in time but nobody attended me. The waitress at the door was playing around with other customers. Until another waiter hinted her so she came talk to me. Then she bought me to a corner of a very long table in a very noisy area. Obviously it’s not one of the present seat in this restaurant. At the same time, theybrought the other 2 customers to one of the booth seat. I’ve overheard thatthey didn’t make a reservation. I questioned them why they would have such arrangement.Then they tried to ask the 2 customers to vacant the table. I was shocked with howthey handle the whole incident. I asked them stopping doing it.After I settled down at atable near the entrance, my husband came in. The entrance is very small and crowdedwith many people. I asked my husband to sit down immediately. But the waiterstopped him and asked him to scan the leave home safe QR code. I told thewaiter that it’s ok as I usually do it for my husband to save time. The waiterthen came to me and said “Madam, you don’t have to be angry” what kind ofservice language is this??!! It’s horrible. The way the staff handle, their facial expressions, & tone of voicemade me feel very bad for stay 1 second longer.It's worse than a local tea house in HONG KONG!I’ve actually written the same on their Social media page & sent them an email. I am happy with the food quality. however everything has gone downside at the end when the waitress served us coffee.Coffee is usually served with milk and sugar. What the waitress did was she went to my next table and took the leftover milk from that table's customer and served us! It is shocking! Who would know what those customers did with the milk? I saw the other waitress looked at the whole scene and didn't say anything. I am very disappointed with such low class hygiene standard. I paid HKD800 plus for the meal and I can't believe there's a food handler would handle food in such a manner.I really hope they would have an improvement because their food was really at good quality.…查看更多

it's a very small restaurant. we were assigned to a table which is in a hidden area . we felt very uncomfortable. besides, the table was not properly set up. when u touch it, it goes up and down! we requested to change to another table nearby. the waiter said need to check. another waiter came after a FEW minutes. she said it's no problem but that table has air con leakage problem and water will drop! surelyy we couldn't accept it and we request to change to another table. it took them another FEW minutes to sort it out. actually, when we arrived, the restaurant was not full, i don't understand why they have to assign all the bad locations for us!their tables are very small. 2 of us have 2 bowl of soups and then it will have no space to put 2 dozens of oyster. we have ordered buffalo wings as well before we ordered the oysters. we waited maybe 30 min. still hasn't arrived. we check with the waitress. and she said she wants us to finish the oyster first then serve us the wings. the reason why i am upset is it's not the first time i came to this restaurant. last time they did serve me the calamari while i was having my oyster which is the way i like. and this time for no reason, she assumed that i have to finish my oyster then can enjoy my wings?! i am also in the customer service industry. what i have learnt is never assume! couldn't she let me know this is her plan in advance.overall the food quality is acceptable but not the management at all.…查看更多
