Very disappointing dinner, easily the worst Italian meal I’ve had in HK in the last 16 years. Drinks are excellent, service and front of house good. However if the menu is going to be so narrow then the food needs to be up to scratch. A beef lasagne was dry and showed little evidence of beef, Hamachi carpaccio was featherweight - both underestimate the customer. Crab cake looked like crab cake but was tasteless. Crab pasta presentation was extremely unattractive. “Sicilian” it is not. All in all edible but seems in need of a restart in the kitchen. …查看更多
