This restaurant was newly opened near my work place, so decided to give it a try. Ordered a pho take away. When back to office and opened up, was quite disappointed as the pho came with think rice noodles, which I thought these should only be used for frying. And importantly, it didn’t come with lemon grass, which plays a very important part in pho. The taste, the soup was ok…and the beef was very tendered👍🏻.Also, first time I had a pho which comes with lettuce 🤣…Overall was ok….but…recommend to consider include Lemon grass or even on the side.…查看更多

Tried out this newly opened cart noodles. Portion was big. Happy to see they gave lots of parsley and the spicy “choi po” was just a perfect match with the whole thing.Ordered:1) mushrooms - four big chunks2) veg - normal3) squid - very chewy and nice4) pig blood - so so, the texture was soft5) 魚肚 - must eat 正, it was nicely cooked, texture was perfect.I ordered 米線，but it was a bit too soft. Five of us were wandering area looking for some thing to eat and then went up to this newly opened restaurant. It’s in 7/F and when arrived, it was nicely renovated with a bit of fusion feel.We sat done and so Happy was that they were doing a just open promotion, free flow of beer, sake, wines, drinks🥳. Saved us lots.We choose did $699 package, which was just enough to eat. The chef was friendly and funny. Food was excellent and will definitely go again. This was always one of the place when we wanted a bowl of pho. But today, when we walked in, there was this strange smell, but then we didn’t care about it and still sat down. We ordered two pho and a fried spring roll. Pho : the taste of the soup had changed, wasn’t the previous soup flavour.
