Restaurants charging over $1k per person, you would expect a much better service. The way the staff passed us the menu was downright rude and seemed really impatient , as if she was just tossing it at us. The manager was even worse, making us feel like were just a hassle. Another female manager, who not only refused to apologize for a service issue but also absurdly asked us for business cards. This behaviour was not only unprofessional but left us feeling disrespected.Good service is the key to attracting customers, and without it, it's hard for a restaurant to thrive. 今日紅雨諗住近近地求其搵間食lunch..樓面得2個staff serve人，等一等都唔係問題。我地4個人order左4個lunch setD lunch set 一個個咁上,一開頭就只係俾左碟壽司(某個餐既side dish) 同埋另外其中一個set，諗住問佢地呢個係邊個餐就叫極冇人理（算，自己睇menu!)...D lunch set跟住都黎齊...食食下朋友個set既丼好耐都冇黎到，諗住問侍應:朋友：唔好意思，我個餐你地俾少左個丼，好耐未有侍應佢check完返黎: 俾左你地架喎朋友：下，邊有？個盤得個udon侍應再去check完又返黎: 咪喺度囉（指住第二個朋友個餐盤內)我地個個話佢點解要將唔同餐既食物放喺唔同盤裡面，點可以expect個客人去自己分盤內既食物係其他set?你地D set 一個個盤俾人，你又唔講原來盤內某D食物係人地個set黎既最搞笑係侍應唔覺得係佢地有問題，其實廚房出餐嗰個都有問題啦，點會放埋一齊架。侍應對唔住都冇，覺得係我地既問題咁，木口木面只係話"個丼$xx,你係咪要加返",我地只係話返個問題俾佢知，但佢都係木口木面講返同一句說話之後我地話唔加，佢乜都唔講就行左去呢間和民service真係十個差。我地走嗰陣佢仲要啤行我地，一D禮貌都冇。唔該檢討下，食物已經唔係話好食，垃圾服務，以後唔會幫襯…查看更多

Ordered a few tapas and a paella. I made a reservation a day before via openrice hoping to try their afternoon tea. Unfortunately, when I called the next day just to double check, they said their tea was unavailable that day due to an upcoming party from 3pm onwards (Then why was it still available for booking?) My booking was 2:30pm yet your staff told me that brunch is still available but you gota leave by 3?Sadly, had to cancel my booking and hopefully I get to try their tea next time.
