8/31/21 9:20AMThe attitude of your cashier turns people off, and NONE OF the staff smile, the shop is either paying them very poorly or they are just not happy working there.I couldn’t find a trash can around to throw away the sugar packet, so i left it on the counter. Surely the lady at the cash register saw me looking around for trash can, she leaned over closely to my face and spoke to me in Cantonese while gesturing me to take the trash to the trash can that’s behind me. The vibe and attitude is just very negative.If you’re going to open a shop in posh IFC, at least hire someone who has proper manner and smile a little bit… sorry I thinks % Arabica in IFC is another wanna-be-cool and lack of basic training coffee place.…查看更多

Consistently bad attitude with the staffs, quality of the food deteriorating, and questionable hygiene. We came in a few times and the last 2 times the waitresses had such bad attitude, we felt bullied and abused. The toast was cold so the butter could not be melted. The baked spaghetti was so stingy on sauce. Overall food quality is better than the service we received... …查看更多

Coffee and pastries are above market price but unfortunately the service is consistently worse than other places such as Starbucks, Pacific Coffee.I sat at her counter for over 15 minutes in the busy hours of around 8:20AM, not a single staff behind the counters ever smile or being courteous.In particularly the local HK staffs. And the person behind the cash register, pale, thin and small size with hair tied up Hong Kong lady , don't wont to answer your questions, she just want you to pay and go away. I work in IFC, and I do see their business is doing ok prob because of the location and the only walk-in fast food place in the mall. But service is consistently unfriendly, I do hope the Mgmt sees this note and try to improve to a more friendly place.…查看更多

Service is very poor, especially when the restaurant was not full (90% full) during lunch hour. I ordered tempura shrimp ramen, the ramen and soup were good but tempura shrimp was drenched in oil (see photos).I had to take off the oil in napkin before I could eat it. Funny was that the waitress said they were out of napkin and I had to provide my own napkin.For $80 dish, the service and their chef were just not up to standard.…查看更多
