One features a fusion of Japanese and Western-style pasta, alongside other more Western-inspired Japanese dishes. The other option is the more sought-after Japanese hot pot, which garnered significant attention when the restaurant first opened a year ago, drawing large crowds. However, the initial excitement has since diminished. The hot pot, shaped like a bear and accompanied by fresh meat and vegetables, is undoubtedly appealing to photo enthusiasts.壽喜燒湯底Sukiyaki soup韓國辣泡菜湯底Korean Spicy Soup餐廳提供多款不同味道的湯底供客人選擇,四次選擇了壽喜燒湯底及韓國辣泡菜湯底,兩款都各有特色。上枱的時候小熊就坐在湯底的中間,樣子十分趣緻,本來以為小熊是由冰凍的湯所製造,但原來小熊是啫哩狀的高湯,會隨著溫度慢慢融化,令湯底變得更加濃稠。壽喜燒湯底非常清甜,配搭肉類增加了不少鮮味。另一邊相辣湯底已酸辣為主調,而且辣味不算太重,給人開胃的感覺。The restaurant provides a variety of soup bases for customers to choose from. On four different occasions, I selected the Sukiyaki broth and the Korean Spicy Kimchi broth, both of which are unique in their own right. When served, the bear sits charmingly in the center of the broth, making for a delightful presentation. Initially, I assumed the bear was made from frozen broth, but it is actually a gelatinous stock that gradually melts with heat, thickening the broth further. The Sukiyaki broth is notably sweet, enhancing the umami flavor of the meats. Moreover, many menus tend to be similar across different restaurants. This particular restaurant stands out by offering a relatively uncommon dish—Thai dipping noodles. While Japanese dipping noodles are more frequently found in Hong Kong, Thai versions are not as widely available, making this a unique option for those interested in trying something different.招牌泰式沾麵 ($108)Signature Thai dipping noodles沾麵的醬汁是可以選擇紅咖哩與青咖哩,侍應生推介青咖哩比較可口,而且椰汁味比較濃,客人還可以選擇配搭不同的肉類,是次我們便選擇了雞肉,雞肉十分嫩滑,沾上了青咖哩汁不會太辣,醬汁內還有魚蛋及豬紅,將所有的餸菜及沾麵的配料拌勻一起吃的話,感覺非常清新,口感層次也十分豐富Diners can choose between red curry and green curry sauces for their noodles. The staff recommend the green curry for its flavor and richer coconut milk taste. Guests can also select from various types of meat; on this occasion, we opted for chicken. The chicken was extremely tender, and dipped in the green curry sauce, it was pleasantly mild. In recent years, the area has seen the emergence of numerous high-quality restaurants, such as this one, which is tucked away on a discreet side street. The restaurant offers innovative dishes that combine Chinese and Western flavors, with creative name choices that reflect its uniqueness.法國香草脆田螺($98)Crusty Escagots  這個焗田螺的賣相看似是平平無奇,但是仔細看看之後便會發現廚師將田螺的肉拆出,再讓入一個貝殼型的餅皮之內,所以可以連殼一同食用,非常特別。不過香草醬比較多,而田螺肉比較細,所以搶去了田螺肉的鮮味The baked snails may appear unassuming at first glance,but upon closer examination, it becomes clear that the chef has removed the snail meat and placed it into a shell-shaped pastry, allowing for an entirely unique bite.
