Create my taste burger!From the bread to the ingredients!Is quite fun, but only beef or no beef.Really hope to have fish fillets or pork fillets!Bread is soft, taste good. This is not like baked for thousand years before : pBeef is very juicy. Better a lot than I ate bofore in McDonald's.Salad and sauce are fresh and taste good. But please don't mix all the sauce together.... the table next to me, he mixed 4kinds of sauce together....His burger look like...X_X and he said taste so bad because of TOO MUCH....If customers can choose more sauce or less will be better.Cheese have few kinds also, have one is spicy. I take that, but cannot feel any spicy. Still good , for me burger cannot without cheese and tomato : pI choose one more additional topping - Avocado sauce. The taste is ok....but eat with the burger is taste nothing. Mushroom and pickles are very good!!!French fries is the same. The price is good. I pay litter bit more, but my burger is taste better a lot!!!!I quite love it, I will come again.Is very busy on that day. The managers are very helpful, teach and help the customers. Give free drinks to the costomers, that waiting bit longer time.But the young staffs are not working well...only keep talking and walking. Kikusan, I came to this restautant like 3-4 times on June,2015. And the first time I hada lunch with my friend here also happened on June,2015.I really love the ramen here. And the sevice is so good!!!! Make me feel so satisfied. I am happy to come back again and again.This time I came with my two my dearssssss Drinks, we ordered bottle red wine, is take $220 only. For me BEER and Oolong Tea. Have ice/hot tea. $5 only!!!! And they will keep refil for you~~~ And their Oolong is so nice.Food...Starters~Shredded Potato & Cabbage Salad, $48. Very fresh cabbage and crisp potato. The dressing is citric sauce. Very nice.Kikusan Roll, $ 68. This is the dish without any surprise on that night. But wasabi is nice and fresh.Main courses~We ordered Beef Burger Steak Curry with Rice, $ 68. The beef is so juicy. Curry sauce just like Japanese curry, litter sweet.Chilli Sesame and Peanut Soup Ramen with Minced Pork & Layer Pork Cutlet, $ 68. The pork is juicy and not oilly.But you better faster put the pork cutlet on the other bowl. If not will getting wet and not crisp.Chilli Sesame and Peanut Soup Ramen of corse supper nice!!!!Chilli Sesame and Peanut Soup Ramen, $ 48. I love it too much don't want to share with them... This is quite spicy, and the soup is not too oily like other dàn dàn miàn. The peanut make the soup to the high level, not only a plain soup noodles. They have the XO sauce serving on the table, put litter bit, will taste better : )Pork Dumpling in Chilli Oil, $ 45. I love spicy, and all the spicy dishes are so good in here.The chilli oil is Szechuan spicy. Big different that the Ramen. My new favourite in Kikusan.We order Fried Okinawa Bitter Melon and Pork, $ 58. Bitter Melon is a vegetable I love. They cook it very nice, bitter melon is cook in a right time. And they put a To-Fu inside. All the juice from the pork and bitter melon are inside the To-Fu.Very Very yummyGilled Eel, $158. The eel is juicy and big enough for share. I love they serve with a spicy and sour sauce.Dim Sum~Shrimp Shumai, $ 38 and Steamed Spinach wrap Shrimp Dumpling, $ 42. Also are the dishes without any surprise on that night. Maybe all the other food they make too nice. ha...Last thing I really want to share is the service in Kikusan. From a manager to a serve. They have a lovely smile and happy to serve the customers.  Today is Teddy and my day off, after our shopping time in Central : ) We go to Piccolo Kau U Fong to have a dinner. The staff told me, Kau U Fong outlet just open like 2 weeks before. After you go inside, you can see a very beautiful Cola lighting on top!!!! And they have 2 floor, upper have a very comfortable sofa.We love to see how our food making. So we sit on the groung floor. Is like a bar, with the open kitchen.I saw the set lunch poster, so I ask about that. I work in Sai Wan, can have more choise for my coming lunch time : )They show me the set lunch menu. I quite love it! Have many choise of pizza and pasta. Specially they have WHITE BEAN SOUP for the starter!!!! I try it before in Kennedy Town shop, it was very nice!!!!!OK! About our dinner tonight, we choose IPA from Japanese. IPA is my favourite beer : p Is quite funny in Piccolo, the happy hour start the time they open 12pm and until 8pm. The beer is only $ 55.We are not too hungry tonight, so we have 2 pasta to share. Aglio Olio, the first day we went to Kennedy Town outlet, we already love the way cook the spicy and garlic in this pasta. So everytime we must order, and we never feel disappointed of it. This is really so GOOD!!!!!Sit next to the open kitchen, we can see how the pasta fresh making. Vongole, clam in white wine. Very fresh and love to drink the soup. On my dear dear dear Uncle Bb birthday : 3 We order food from 鮨味一番. like 2-3 days before our party. The boss there is a very friendly guy : ) He made a very fresh, pretty and yummy assorted sashimi cake. And the price is  reasonable.Sushi tako is my favourite on that night!!!!!! litter salty, you can really taste how fresh it is!!!! I got very surprised!!!! This is very first time tako can win my favourite salmon : pAssorted Sashimi, we pick 4 kinds, salmon, amaebi, toro, hotate. They are all fresh and juicy. We also order some snacks, like teriyaki chicken wings with sauce, deep fired dumpling... Teddy always work until 11pm sth this week..... I got few days eat dinner alone T_T....noodles...rice...Walking to Kennedy Twon, got so many new restaurant. Finally I go back Piccolo to have a pizza Love that thin crust, can taste the flour. I always can finish one by myself And their chilli flake serve on the table is very very nice!!!! Spicy and Hot, can really taste the chiili flavor.Today I order Ham and Mushroom. Have a very nice special offer for takeaway on the week days, someone alone like me. Buy a pizza get a free side dish!!!! I choose minestone soup.  You can also choose salad or fries. The staff told me they have a new Piccolo open in Kau U Fong. Have some new pizza flavor!!!
