I had a very special lunch in this place. The resturant is decorated like a library with bookcases wall structure and harbour view. The staff speak different languages e.g. France, German, Nepal and of course English. I had tasted urchine, goat neck steak, and various veggie. 今晚第一次經Open Rice 訂檯到這飯店食飯。原來厚福街在 weekdays 仍然很是熱鬧。上到 H8 一樓看到飯店佈置十分中國化，有昔日旅遊重慶的感覺。員工服務很好及介紹各種特色食物。我因等朋友先叫了啤酒及一客雞肉串，有 30 支及一客去骨烏雞腳，两者都很好味及適合送啤酒。人到齊後叫了招牌牛油蛙湯底加四隻大牛蛙及一碟手切牛肉，煱底很野味，牛蛙好好肉但不太入味。用煱中間的羅送湯淥三色菜麵都幾特別，最很還有免費雪糕。這晚餐印象真好。一定再光顧。…查看更多

Nice cafe situated in a six stars hotel with an excellent bird eye harbour view. We were well served and led to a nice view table. We selected two set dinners that first come with a delicious lobster soup and a freshed blended mushroom soup. Followed by a rib-eye steak and a seafood linguine. 最近疫情好轉便再出動找尋美食。記起之前光顧過及有良好印象的這酒店樓上餐廳便再次到訪。看到型式有些改變成為自助式火煱而非自行點菜。套餐菜單有很多款各種牛肉選擇，於是叫了两位 $268 的火煱自助餐。其中包括安格司牛肉，十分好食的鹿兒島豬肉，及其它自助海鮮。最低食是蝦及蜆，它們十分新鮮及供應充足，還有多款新鮮蔬菜，牛丸，炸魚皮，罐裝汽水任飲（啤酒及其它酒精飲品另計），加上員工服務認真及尊业，價錢便宜並有節扣，這地方真是值得推介及再次光顧。…查看更多

A trendy grill room run by a gang of young people, and even most of the patrons are of young generations. It made me younger when I was there. Through Open Rice to book a table, I can even have a discounted set dinner for two that only costs $888. I ordered a set having the main course of a hark fish and a steak. The steak was grilled and having 16 oz. It was tasteful and I couldn't imagine I finished the whole piece. The set dinner also came with two glasses of red wine with extra $90. Two of us went to this coffee shop after a long drive. Fortunately there was public parking spaces nearby. We ordered two different coffee from kanya and Ethiopia. Two sandwiches with scallops, Parma hams and scrambled eggs. It was a long time to prepare the food, fortunately, we had plenty of time to taste two different coffee. 今次初到這新開的寿司店見到有新鮮刺身真是喜出望外。首先叫了一板海胆，售價祗係 $520, 真低食。 最特色是哪下吞拿魚面頰刺身，十分有味道及新鮮。 再叫了兩隻牡丹蝦亦同樣很大隻很新鮮。 從刺身盤的擺設， 知道廚師很有心機去製作這些食品。 店長再介紹食那個燒帶子，試過果然好味。 燒牛脷及燒豬腩肉亦有特色調味肉質有水準。 再叫多一個煎蛋捲， 可惜這個煎蛋捲不是傳統制作的 ，有點失望。 這個小店有日本特色，員工埸招呼得很好。會再次嚟試其他食物。…查看更多

前幾晚在深水埗區想食泰國菜，睇過 openrice 評語到這間泰菜館試一下 。這餐廳佈置都幾精緻 及清潔程度可接受 。先叫了一支啤酒及泰國生蝦 ，生蝦汁做得唔錯及蝦肉夠大隻反好新鮮。跟住叫了一個鹹肉炒椰菜苗 及飛天通菜， 兩個菜都炒得好入味及有水準。冬蔭功 稍為覺得椰奶加得太多了， 湯裏面的蝦夠大但不太 新鮮。 再加一個豬肉生菜包， 豬肉炒得好好，生菜份量很足夠。 兩個人食五個菜足份量夠有餘了。這餐廳不錯可以稍後再來光顧多次。…查看更多

今天因商務事宜與一眾人到這出名的中菜廳食一個商務午餐。 這裏裝飾很古典，坐位有限，食午餐是不太容易訂位的。 我們叫了八位行政套餐。這套餐十分精緻。頭盤义烧海蜇，义燒不錯而海蜇有點麻辣 ，竹笙海螺湯做得很清淡，味道很好，鮑魚瑤柱節瓜份量十足，食香味都做出來，蒸雞飯中的雞做得很嫩滑而好味，炒飯底乾爽。 而甜品做得很細緻，是一個楊枝甘露放在乾冰上用玻璃罩蓋住看不到其中的奧妙， 真是匠心獨運。整個午餐流程很暢順。每位祗是八佰多元。真的昆完美的午餐。…查看更多

So happen to have something to do in Happy Valley, I took this opportunity to have lunch in this place where I have not visited for years. Everything remained the same including the decorations, quality of food and service. A 3 courses lunch is around $400 including a glass of wine. I ordered a steak and a pork loin/ham. 前幾晚想再去食牛肩扒 ，但因該餐廳室爆滿沒有座位，所以到這街坊飯店一試。 曾經經過這飯店很多次，但因其外表一般，所以未曾考慮過光顧。今次見刚巧有两個坐位， 所以就試吓他出名的山東流亭豬手。 豬手很大了很抵食指數88元肉質很好但我覺得稍為太酸。想試吓油浸筍殼魚，但價錢三佰多元似乎在這地方貴了一点。叫了一客 欖角肉鬆炒四季豆，價錢 $88, 很大碟，味道不錯。再叫多半隻豆豉蒸雞。味道不過不失。加埋一支啤酒共三佰多元埋單。這餐晚餐一般。…查看更多

曾經到過不小海外或香港有名的扒房食牛扒，但今次再到這名不起眼的地方竟有意想不到的体驗。一行八人一共叫了八份牛肩扒(flat iron steak). 全部 medium rare. 這部分牛扒不是有很多地方有做。這裡每份售 $140 多元。八份牛扒我們全部掃清。因肉味香濃，刀切下去齊齊整整，全無肉根，入口 爽脆。 就算不用點汁或芥辣也十分好味。 國民警員開心到再叫焗豬扒飯焗葡國雞飯煎鵝肝及白汁蜆。 結帳竟然會人都不用300元。 真是超值，一定會再介紹朋友來食這牛扒。…查看更多

上次到這裡食晚餐十分深印象，於是再經open Rice 訂枱。今次有12人所以訂了一房間。到塲期間真是喜出望外，餐廳给了我最好有夜景的轉角房間，可以全角度欣賞維多利亚港夜景。我預訂了12位 $928 的套餐。 上餐的節奏十分好。 其中藤椒花姿 有少許麻辣味 但很惹味 ，見龍在田 即是銀鱈魚做得很好食。 雞及牛柳粒亦做得很好。 有美食當然少不了有美酒啦，於是叫了多客女兒紅及加飯酒。 一班朋友一齊，有美食，有美酒加上靚夜景，真是超值 。最後兩款甜品餐廳替我們寫上生日快樂及加上蠟燭 ，令這個晚餐有個完美的 ending。…查看更多
