Went for Afternoon tea and had a cold milk tea and the squid ink linguine. The linguine was surprisingly flavourful with just the right amount of spice. The addition of Italian pepperoni was a very welcome one as it enhanced the spiciness of the red curry sauce in an additional way. The only minor critique point is that the onions could have been fried off for an additional 30s to remove the raw aftertaste which remained in the mouth after the dish was finished. We arrived at around 8.45 and went for the set dinner for two people for 333 per person incl. service charge. for the price there are definitely better vegetarian places out there. in general it was good food though, with decent flavour profiles. very standard Chinese dishes like mapu tofu and dumplings. however it seems like instead of making up for removing the meat in those dishes they just leave it as it is. however, the mushroom dishes which seem to be their selling point were very good. we had three kind of different mushroom dishes, with two showing a new twist and were cooked very well. the sweet sour mushroom dishes was just the average sweet sour dish - nothing special but good. Had the Beef Brisket Phō and the Shrimp with Mixed Fruit Rice Paper roll and a Guava smoothie.Former was good, the beef was tender, carrots soft and broth was fairly flavourful. However, it wasn't overwhelming as there was no explosion of flavour or anything along those lines.The Rice Paper roll was disappointing as the fruit did not taste very fresh and the assembly was different than the picture in the menu. My friend and I went for the set dinner and chose all different dishes and then started sharing all. Every single dish exploded of flavour and was a delight to eat and to look at. The combination of dishes throughout the courses didn't really make sense, but the individual dishes were still really good. Particularly the mushroom soup and the curry were good.Service was great, with waiters replacing used dishes and taking away eaten plates immediately to free up space. Very relaxed atmosphere.…查看更多
