終於兌現承諾帶咗摯愛的嚟到海怪食刺身!(最緊要食得飽,隨便叫啦!)當身邊有人會不斷咁支持同鼓勵你,就要好好珍惜。不過最緊要係毋忘初心!入正題。北海道海膽 (半板) $388因為對上一次嚟係叫原隻海膽,所以今次就試下嚟半板。海膽十分之新鮮,夠creamy,諗起都流口水。海膽份量比配料多,啱晒我呢啲鐘意就咁食嘅人。日本生蠔 $38@叫咗4隻試下,手掌大細,爽口,少少海水味同金屬,鐘意輕口味嘅就啱晒。幫你起埋個帶子咁先好。嗌多兩隻先!北寄貝 $148味道鮮甜,口感非常爽脆!北寄貝含有豐富OMEGA 3,同埋含有抗膽固醇堆積功能,想心臟好就食多啲啦。池魚 (一份) $288口感非常爽脆,睇落去好似薄薄哋,但其實個texture好豐富,一啲都唔腥,配咗個柚子汁,點少少食特別清新,鐘意重口味嘅點返豉油一樣好味。再唔係就咁食,感受一下回甘味。油甘魚 $68、帶子 $38、赤貝 $48油甘魚一睇就知厚切肥美啦,口感真係一流,我去邊都要食。如果擔心太油膩,最好配wasabi食。帶子鮮同有口感,赤貝都係新鮮爽脆,佢亦都可降膽固醇同血脂㗎!雞軟骨 $30、鹽燒五花腩 $48、鹽燒牛舌 $33嚟少少熟食,雞軟骨普普通通,無乜特別。最想講嘅就係五花腩同牛舌,大份兼厚切,尤其係牛舌,厚到一舊分幾次咁咬,如果唔係太大舊!調味熟度都好好,咬落去啖啖汁啖啖肉。炸准山條 $38似薯條,但比薯條個質感更厚實,雖然炸得熱氣咗啲,不過下次都會再叫。話晒准山有益嘛。------------------------------老閱同位位客人都好熟,又影相又一齊飲酒,的確係消遣好地方,最緊要係啲刺身掂呀!店舖位置近太子D出口,沿砵蘭街行到汝洲街,轉入柏樹街再右轉直行就到。5分鐘左右腳程。…查看更多

黑白墨魚磚、鱻潮福袋、鱻潮手工雙蝦棒三者之中,最特別的是「黑白墨魚磚」,黑色部份是台灣墨汁腸,吃起來像膶腸,咸咸甜甜的,跟彈牙的墨魚很配搭。福袋包著的是滿滿的蟹籽,口感一流,而雙蝦棒是蝦滑包著魚皮餃。手工魚皮、手工響鈴新鮮即造,脆的不得了,完全不油膩。鮮鴨血配合麻辣湯底的味道,麻辣的感覺跟滑溜溜的口感絕對比豬血更好吃。花鵰鴨舌即使把它放在麻辣湯底煮熟也能吃到花鵰酒的香味,證明醃得很入味。時令海鮮盤這次的海鮮有蠔、大蜆、魷魚、龍躉魚、龍蝦。龍躉魚特別新鮮彈牙,而大蜆跟魷魚則鮮甜多汁。非常推介的手切肥牛,十分嫩滑,無筋,牛肉味也是挺香濃的。麻辣湯底跟鮮魚湯底,魚湯感覺還不錯,麻辣的特別吸引,跟所有材料都搭配。醬油費每位$10,不過沒有加一收費。店鋪位置鄰近沙田圍地鐵站,B出口,大約五分鐘路程。跟一些大排檔靠在一起,挺好找的。…查看更多

牛扑肉 $48即牛頸脊,雪花般的紋路,肥瘦適中,食肉當然少不了脂肪,但也不能過了,而這個就沒問題了,肉味香甜濃郁,在滾湯涮兩涮,肉質柔嫩,帶微微嚼勁。吊龍伴 $68原來吊龍伴是吊龍下一小部分的肉,那到底為甚麼沒吊龍吃呢?哈哈。而因為吊龍伴带了些肥肉,所以更顯得香滑可口,細嚼而無渣。牛心 $48顧名思義,即牛的心臟,但口感卻很像肝類,軟棉而彈牙,一試無妨。封門柳 $68橫膈膜下一面的一條肌肉,肉味是眾多部份中最濃,入口軟腍。每隻牛也只有兩塊,物以罕為貴!聰明的你肯定要試試。匙柄 $48則牛肩膀上方的肉,相當於肉眼,肉中間有條薄身的肉筋,牛味沒朴肉那般濃,但較腍滑易咬又甜嫩。牛心錠 $48連著牛心的血管,正常來說是厚身點,不過這裡的給它稍微的薄切了下,所以下鍋的時間比平常要少個幾秒。而口感超級爽脆,坊間也是少見!雖然醬料台有很多選擇,不過最推薦的還是他們的秘製牛肉汁,甜甜的,挺清新的感覺,比平常的黑醬油好吃。場內滿滿的懷舊風裝潢跟壁畫,而且空間很大,坐著很舒服。…查看更多

「尚鮮浜燒」海鮮拼盤 $128只要在FB讚好同分享就送,有甲羅燒、扇貝、生蠔、鮑魚、花蟹。如果四人同行再送波士頓龍蝦1隻!甲羅燒是以半熟鵪鶉蛋漿連湯加入蟹膏,烤到一半時已經聞到很香的蟹膏味,混飯吃一流。扇貝烤到收水就可以吃啦,不沾任何醬汁,直接吃到鮮味。鮑魚每邊燒個5、6分鐘,就能吃到彈牙爽口的感覺了。各式壽司軍艦三文魚籽絕對要試!咬破魚籽的時候,鮮甜味湧出。如果想吃海贍的,就點海之卷,因為刺身沒得選!各式刺身(吞拿魚、三文魚、劍魚腩、甜蝦)也是挺新鮮的,特別是甜蝦韓式腩條、韓式肩胛梅花、黑椒雞腿肉個人比較喜歡肩胛梅花肉,花油多,烤起來比較香,雞腿肉調味也不錯。尚鮮一口牛、蒜香腸一口牛很推薦,不過烤的時間要注意一下,每邊大約30-40秒就好,先吃原味再沾烤肉汁。厚切牛舌、牛腩腹、原味牛仔骨牛舌很好吃,跟醬汁很配合,肉味濃。牛腩腹的口感肥厚而香。粒粒雪糕很令人懷念的一款特色雪糕,吃的時候要注意點,不然會吃的滿身都是。因為形狀的關係,波子汽水味吃起來很特別。…查看更多

海膽生蠔 $138馬糞海膽配法國生蠔,感覺挺新鮮,不過個人還是把他們分開吃,逐一品嘗各自的鮮味。生蠔海水味不算重,挺易入口。馬糞海膽則新鮮香甜。海鮮拼盤 $298熟龍蝦(半隻)、睡蟹(半隻)、鮑魚(2隻)、翡翠螺(3隻)、蒜味青口(4隻)、玫瑰蝦(2隻)鮑魚簡單來說,就是磯煮鮑魚的味道,很好吃,如果有多兩隻就更好。玫瑰蝦蝦頭有不少膏,肉質較嫩和腍身,而味道則夠鮮甜。熟龍蝦連一個大蝦鉗,味道很明顯的海水咸,肉身彈牙。睡蟹最喜歡的一款海鮮,蟹膏多到不得了,蟹肉也非常鮮甜,即使吃起來麻煩也值得!黑松露忌廉香芹雜菌螺絲粉 $108個人來說稍為稠了點,黑松露可以再多點,不過整體味道很好,幾乎吃光。Around the world $108點他是因為有Vodka的關係,不過調出來酒精味卻意外的不重,也挺甜,女生也適合。More More $108比上面更適合女生,清甜的味道,主要是因為有菠蘿汁的關係。香蕉啤 $80很突出的香蕉味,很不錯。環境舒適,氣氛很好,服務親切有禮。…查看更多

天氣悶焗,下班後便拖著女友去大坑散步。好吃的朋友都知道大坑有很多不錯的餐廳,而且環境清靜,談心聊天好去處。而這邊的The Pudding Nouveau,晚上很容易注意到他,因為門面在燈光注射下很亮白。兩個人就點了兩個套餐,分別是珍寶龍蝦仔牛角酥配薯條 $138 跟法式油浸鴨腿配窩夫班尼迪克蛋$ 168。兩杯飲料葛雷伯爵茶跟草莓沙冰,可惜那晚沒朱古力的飲品,還想說來杯拿鐵。草莓沙冰挺不錯,甜酸度剛好,即使稍微溶化了也不會變甜。珍寶龍蝦仔牛角酥配薯條 $138龍蝦仔肉很多,每一口都是甜甜的肉,而且爽口。牛角酥則提供了另一種脆口感,淡淡的牛油香,一軟一脆在口裡互相推讓。法式油浸鴨腿配窩夫班尼迪克蛋$ 168油浸鴨腿的味道不會很鹹,也挺有咬感,雖然某些位置稍微硬身。窩夫蛋味不會很重,所以配鴨腿吃就剛好,不過個人喜歡內部也脆身的窩夫,這款吃起來比較軟了。套餐沒甜品只好自己叫一個啦,聽說新推出了薑汁梳乎厘 $118,就點來試一下。薑汁是另外淋上去的,我還以為是製作的時候就加進去了。梳乎厘味道甜甜的,就是吃下去像吃風一樣了,底下有些紅糖,愛甜的可以把他挖上來配著吃。薑汁不會濃,不愛薑味的朋友也可以吃,個人來說喜歡濃的就是了。邊旁還有一球雪糕跟忌廉,看上去很繽紛。位置不多,要來的話先打個電話感覺比較好。開放式廚房,可以看下帥哥表演。套餐從$118到$248都有,挺想試下燒蘑菇。…查看更多

想當初話同媽子去食齋,佢呆咗咁問我真係齊?去到餐廳睇menu之後,佢笑住話呢啲叫食素。後尾上網睇返,食齋或者食素嘅定義可以好廣闊,唔同嘅宗教都有唔同嘅定義;食奶製品;食海鮮;唔食五辛;唔用/食動物生產嘅製品,不過共同嘅都係唔食肉。其實仲可以細分落去,不過都跟返自己嗰套啦,最緊要心中有佛。今日黎雅・悠蔬食尖沙咀分店,環境同銅鑼灣店差唔多,以白色紫色為主調,睇落都係幾優雅。另外人多仲可以包房,如果一家大細黎都幾好,自成一枱,又唔怕畀人話嘈。坐底嗌兩杯嘢先,都係冬日限定,呢排都係凍凍地,梗係飲熱嘢啦。最近個個都批鬥啲餐廳亂咁出紫薯產品,於是我就點杯紫薯牛乳特飲,一試究竟。紫薯牛乳特飲 (熱) $38淡紫色,聞落其實一般,但飲落幾好飲,只帶少少甜,無落糖漿之類,成個感覺好天然。新鮮即榨紫薯配牛奶,口感線線地,似飲餐湯。滋潤蘋果雪梨海底椰 (熱) $38相信好多人飲過媽媽煲嘅蘋果雪梨糖水,無試過嘅朋友可以係呢度試下啦!絕對唔會差過家中愛心嘅湯水,一入口就已經滋潤緊口唇。味道好甜,一黎係熱飲,二黎相信都足料嘅,而唔係加好多糖。另外加咗海底椰,如果想滋陰潤肺、除燥清熱同止咳就要試下喇。黑松露薯蓉焗大啡菇 (3件) $148身為招牌菜就梗係要食啦,尤其係黑松露配至愛嘅大啡菇,要趁熱食,唔係芝士會變硬,少量黑松露點綴,大啡菇多汁飽滿,中間釀咗薯蓉,食完個胃絕對有反應,份量嘅多少可以同店員落單時溝通,就唔怕食到濟。椰香鮮茄冬蔭功意大利飯配香酥蒟蒻 $128意料之外嘅一道菜,無諗到冬蔭公配意大利飯可以咁好食,飯粒煮得啱啱好,食落有咬口,個冬蔭公汁唔會好似飲湯咁咸,而上面嘅炸蒟蒻一咬仲以為係魷魚圈,出奇地好食,椰香味就唔算明顯,可能重少少會啱我啲。黑椒猴頭菇扒配意式意薯條(有蛋) $138呢款係尖沙咀分店限定菜式,係屋企好少會以猴頭菇做主食,見呢有就試下啦。黑椒汁比想像中甜,比較杰身,亦都無平時嗰種刺鼻感覺,由於猴頭菇味淡甘,配上呢個汁更好食,口感結實肉厚,大約有四塊,絕對夠飽。其餘淡味嘅蔬菜配黑淑汁食都幾好,黃色翠玉瓜特別甜好食。最後甜品有紅棗圓椰汁糕餅(4件) $38 同紅棗乳酪蛋糕(2件) $38前者味少甜,煙煙韌韌,椰汁夠香,紅棗味反而唔明顯。乳酪蛋糕就比較吸引,上面淋咗啲柚子汁,酸酸甜甜,蛋糕唔算厚實,都幾好。餐廳仲有好多新潮菜式,食落你總會諗面前嗰碟係咪菜黎 ,下次再黎試新嘢 。呢個世代人人都會話要食得健康,素食絕對係首選,對自己對世界都好健康,唔係話食肉唔好,只係所有事都要有個平衡,古時智者一早都話要取中庸之道,我諗對身體尤其係,物極必反,所以間中要食麥當當(誤)。…查看更多

Once my family was planning to open a restaurant. On the part of choosing location, whampoa was one of the top locations for us as extension service of Kwun Tong Line up to Whampoa was going to commence. This prolly brings traffic to that location and could be our advantage.On that night, we went there again to see if we were right about our thoughts. And picked Don Don Tei for dinner, and it’s quite out of expectation, worth to try if you like ingredients being transported from Japan.Assorted Sashimi (5 Types) $128Typical start with sashimi, Tuna and Salmon Roe were my favorite as I didn’t expect I could try such quality of Tuna sashimi in non-specialized restaurants, maybe a little exaggerated but try to recall the tuna sashimi in those common all-you-can-eat, this is much better.The salmon roe was fresh and sweet, the popping relase of sweet ocean liqueur fit well with the sea weed.While we were choosing from the menu, the staff told us we should try their Tempura which is what they are famous for in Japan, including their batter, oil and sauce used for making tempura. Most of the ingredients are transported from Japan, to ensure the quality and the taste of the fried dishes. All of them were crispy and not oily. I like pumpkin one the most. Girls definitely would not have any issue to have more than 3, or 4 haha.Snow Crab & Sea Food Hot Pot in Plum Soup $168Highlight of tonight, Snow crab & sea food hot pot in plum soup. Seldom have the chance to try plum soup for hot pot and that made us to order one to see how it goes. Four long long crab legs, you could fare it without any sauce or conditioning, fresh and sweet! The hot pot also includes mussels, squid, scallop and veggies. To be frank, the taste of plum was a bit bland that actually was similar to soy sauce. I expect sourer for the soup. Kamameshi with pork & bitter cucumber $68Another surprise for me, kamameshi with pork & bitter cucumber, haven’t seen bitter cucumber appears in Japanese restaurants. Prolly quite a number of people don’t like eating it? I didn’t like it when I was young, but not now (yea i’m getting old). Sometimes I can finish a whole plate of fried bitter cucumber alone lol (of course my mum’s good at cooking). This is just like our clay pot rice because it has scorched rice at the edge of the stone bowl. Good one.New York Cheese Cake $25I will come for this, for sure. It was New York cheese cake but with ice cream texture, the hard one. Cheese ice cream, that’s what I would call it. Again it was transported from Japan Hokkaido. Have been working in Wanchai for nearly a year. Shanghai laolao has become one of my top locations for lunch.Many foreigners love to go there for lunch as well, either take away or dine in.Before leaving my post, I shall drop some words for this nice dining place :)Appetizer Platter, you can choose any three from more than 10 options. I typically like the Salty and Fresh Pork, for its jelly texture combining the ham-like texture. Not salty at all. The remaining two are Marinated Jellyfish (quite nice) and traditional soft-braised veggies. This one is Deep fried Scallion Pancake. I seldom see scallion pancakes in the shape of bagel instead of flat and most of the time it should be with lots of spring onions and eggs. You can guess how its texture is. Crispy. Tho I think it’s a bit dry and could have more materials or seasonings inside. A seasonal exclusive dumpling, with hairy crab roe, is one of my favourite dishes that the flavour of hairy crab is very strong and it’s juicy as well. I was told a good dumpling allows people to suck from the top through a hole. And this one does! Take a shot.Another seasonal special, three materials, noodles, sea urchin and hairy crab roe, that I firstly get attracted. This can serve two people since the portion is quite big (the portion you see in the picture is divided by 4!). For me, 2 is the max ;) The sea urchin is fresh and do give a wonderful chemical reaction with the hairy crab roe. And the noodles are springy. Must try.Sweet Osmanthus Soup dumpling, gives a complete and fulfilling ending to all of us. I like products with osmanthus which makes me feel healthier (lol) and gives me a confidence of the food (like cakes and sweet soup). And this one does not let me down. Moderate sweetness and kinda strong flavour in osmanthus. Good one.…查看更多

While thinking places for dinner, I always prefer those with a nice environment that it wouldn't be too noisy and packed with people (tho this indicates how popular the restaurant is). I was surprised by the time for enjoying the dinner here since I could count the number of table got seated lol. Relaxing wooden decor.Oysters - always a good "starter", all of them were fresh and sweet, the metallic taste was not strong (New Zealand, American)Salad with Honey Mustard, one of my favorite sauce that I would choose for McNuggets sadly it is not provided in regular basis.Fresh oyster and mussel soup, absolutely stunning one, I would have one more if possible. The soup was strong with the oyster and well filled with mussel meat over each spoon (a bit exaggerate lol) but was really nice.Picture proves!Another good way to taste oyster Highlight of tonight, stone burn burn burn. Restaurant would offer the complete heated volcanic rock and allow people to cook the steak for themselves. Each rock could keep the heat for 30 mins, you can control how well cook it is. This was really interesting but you may want to ask for help from the staff if you are not familiar with cooking steaks I especially like the iberico pork, the meat was tender and well taste with just a little salt during cooking.And we had movenpick as dessert. That night was special as that was my first time to dine during the time Typhoon Signal 8 hoisted! Most of you should remember the time when would HK Observatory announce Typhoon Signal 8 be hoisted. It's exactly the time people usually knock off lol how evil that was. Indeed, I had dated my girl that night for a meal tho we were expecting the typoon to come. As my home's kitchen was under "construction", we couldn't cook at home but only eat outside. (I really love your cooking mum ) Well, we finally found out that Paradise Dynasty were still opening during that time! The staff told us that they would open as normal day. Oh, I was struggling to express my feeling that time. I guess they would get their remuneration for that :) One good thing to dine in there that night was that you wouldn't see many customers and be disturbed by noises. And you could enjoy the environment and time with your partner. (you would also be easier to take photos as well) Relaxing.We were well served by servants' manner and smile and they recommended their new product - steamed stir-fried crab with garlic and chili xiao long bao (dumplings you can say). It was called the only restaurant that you can try this cuisine. We both were attracted by the picture and decided to order one to try.Antique style with relaxing lighting. Yea, there it came. Just like the picture we had seen, two different colors of the skin which was very eye catching.One bite, and you can see how it was immensely filled. The color of inside look perfectly matched with the skin. Please try to imagine the way the ingredients and smell flocked down from the dumpling. I would go again because of that one. Quite much crab roe which was typically attractive to those lovers. It was  not oily at all and smelt really nice. The soup inside was good too. Be reminded that, no crab would be served! 6 pcs $98 The other basket was Speicalty Dynasty Xiao Long Bao with 8 flavours. I would recommend this to you as well as you would get bored by faring with single taste. You can have flavours with original, cheese, Szechuan, Garlic, Ginseng, Crab roe (not spicy compared with one above), Black Truffle and Foie Gras! They really have a dedication to creativity of xiao long bao.8 colors 8 flavours.Look at that cheese pull!8 pcs $98Kinda funny picture (to me only I guess?), its like a kiss left by some one but Szechuan xiao long bao tho lolLettuce Roll with Homemade Sesame Sauce, all of us should take a balanced diet, shouldn't we? That one was fresh and crispy. $52 for 10 rollsActually we should have had more veggie but we had ordered a bit many hahaWe also ordered a chilled jellyfish in soy sauce vinaigrette. Usually I see the stripped jellyfish for cold dish but seldom the jellyfish "head" that was much thicker as a result of a crispier texture. It's like eating pickles lol The sour taste appertized us to fare the next dish. $58 per plateReally love this one, steamed sliced fish with pickled chilli. The way it presented had already won the attraction.Filled with green, red and yellow color covering the white beneath, which were spring onions, chilli, dried radish and sliced fish. The fish meat was so tender and soft. While the taste of sliced fish was not that strong, you are highly recommended to fare with other toppings. The mixed whole taste really satisfy you. $108 per "pipe"Our final main dish, Laksa Noodles with Seafood. We ate a lot of Laksa in Singapore and wanted to compare the taste while we still had the memory haha. The soup was well prepared for the seafood flavor, a strong taste of shrimp. Good with low price.Last stop of our meal, I have had this before which was called Chilled Glutinous Rice Roll with Red Bean Paste topped with Grated Nuts. I bet most people wont know the composition of this dessert by its Chinese name but English name. In Chinese, it literally calls "a donkey rolling on the floor" lol It wont be too sweet and sticky while the red bean paste and the gradted nut were not so strong in taste. But I would order this again because it wont make me feel guilty haha.  3pcs $35Nice dining experience especially under the Typhoon day. Good environment that collaborates the decoration. Wanna try Taiwan girl? Um...

Everytime when I have to think about the place to travel, my answer is always "Taiwan" and then my friends would ask "why?". I won't tell you it is because of the girls but the local snacks. Haha. There was a joke. Once I was dining with my girl friend in a Taiwanese bar and then the bartender asked us what to drink. He recommended one that called "I love Taiwan girl" and asked if I liked that. I laughed and said "NO but can try" LOL Indeed, I love to try any places that sell Taiwanese dishses, Braised Pork Rice, Beef Noodles, Oyster Omelet, Bubble Tea ... you name it. Since my hometown is very close to Taiwan, this is very likely the reason that I love the style of Taiwan dishes. I have been thinking about the name of this place, it really sounds like a Japanese name and make me wonder if they offer Japanese dishes instead of Taiwanese. Well, I didnt have the chance to ask the staff as they were so tied up.They put quite lots of attention on the decoration to make people feel relaxing, so green is one of the best color to refresh our eyes. This wall reminded me that there was one art work which wholes were dug on the wall and some seeds were put inside. Eventually a natural grown art work is done with special visual effect.Lots of choices that you should be familiar with, especially for those Taiwan food lovers, ranging from deep fried salted style, rice in soup, some other fusion dishes like with cheese and bacon, paella and black truffle. This really suits for those picky friends lolSet dinner, some more attractive for those in C lol steaks are not that expensive.For drinks, you can also have lots of selections, flowering teas, smoothies, yogurts and some common milk teas as well. I just got my choice within 5 seconds, Ginger Tea with Brown Sugar, so fond of ginger tea, haha, need to eat healthily.Alright, lets see what we had first, Chicken Wings mixed with Black Sesame Oil, a cold dish. It smelt good and appetizing with the sesame oil, well mixed, and I guess some wine was also added to strengthen the flavour. The chicken wing itself was a bit tougher but not that matter to the whole. Another cold dish, Ponzu Sauce Pork Knuckle. Really love this one, the ponzu sauce gave sweetness and sourness which made me eat a lot! The pork knuckle was springy that perfectly mixing the crunchy crackling and tender meat. It would be perfect if there was a beer and a football match for me lolCuttlefish ball, a common snack in Taiwan. This one was not salty at all and I think it could be better in the texture, could be more bouncy haha, the taste was nice tho that 5 of them were finished within couple minutes. The outter skin was only a bit crispy, dont worry about pimples lolMain course, Sliced Chicken Risotto with Bacon and Cheese. Among all the rices, pearl rice should my top favourite as its glossy shape and softness are very outstanding, and the smell of this rice is way better than others (imo) :) The cheese was well balanced with the chicken that each other would not cover the taste. The rice was well cooked and you would like to fare them one by one. Bear in mind to eat this fast or else the cheese gets too sticky.Dessert holds the line of the whole dinner, so we must finish it! Well, we only had one Panna Cotta since we had to go to the next check point with our friends lol Sharing is one of the best virtue, isnt it? The mango sauce was nicely prepared that matched with the cream cheese very much. The sweetness was true! A very nice place for relaxing and chitchat with amazing food quality. Generally you can sit comfortably with your friends. There is an outdoor area which is kinda different in style from the indoor. Oh, please be reminded that some customers may smoke in that area so you may need to tell the staff before you get your table See ya…查看更多

Usually there are two kinds of food appear in Korean dramas, fried chicken and Korean bbq. And you will see that nearly all female characters love fried chicken very much together with beers. Some researches found that eating fried chicken makes people feel happy,which can be related to the happiness level of daily life. I once doubted that is that true? And this was the first time for me to try Korean fried chicken lol lets see how this works.Located in Causeway Bay which is a good point for me, just walk for 15 mins from my work place. Nice decoration and lighting, kinda spacious and you can enjoy some Korean MTV as well.You can see many different types of chicken dishes, with style of fry and baked. In history, fried chicken was brought by the US army for celebrating Thanksgiving. As they didn't have turkey in Korea, they used fried chicken instead for the main course. Then this got popular in Korea. And nowadays, lots of cooking of fried chicken can be seen in restaurants. Well, pictures were really attractive and we were so eager to try all of them, sadly belly.Of course, you cannot miss the beers. I would recommend Beer Bomb to you for fun, haha (Actually when we dropped the shot glass, the beer spilled on a lady's hand sit next to us, luckily not on her clothes LOL)The name drew our attention and this was the one that we finally ordered. As the word "Lava" is quite stunning to me. Quite expecting the taste of combing sweet and spicy with this. This one was also in our list yet we had ordered another fried chicken. But I would really want to try next time since the taste of sweetness and sourness is my favourite one.Ready for the bomb? 3, 2, 1 ...Bomb! Really a good one for visual effects Apple Cider Beer is really a wise choice for all, especially for girls. But maybe picking the traditional beer is a better choice for faring with fried chicken? Just like the Korean stars in the drama. Ok, lets check out the fried chicken, this was Honey Mustard Fried Chicken with Green Onion. Each chicken piece was large in size and the meat was really juicy and tender. And the skin was deeply fried that you would feel like you gonna need some herbal tea for chilling lolYou dont need to dip sauces as it had covered the whole chicken. The honey mustard was not that strong in taste but enough. Faring with the green onion leveled the whole experience.More or less the same picture you can see in the menu of this lava grilled chicken. Umm the cheese was a bit too fast to cool down to become rigid while the spicy cheese was not spicy at all. A little below my expectation but the chicken pieces were good. I think this one could be better though.Make the lava run.Overall a good Korean fried chicken restaurant, and I think it is a nice place for group gathering as you can imagine how interesting and funny to see everyone holding a fried chicken with bare hands (oh plastic gloves were provided but still be careful of the heat) and toast with each other like scenes in the dramas…查看更多
