We always go to kowloon city branch. No problem there. Best service with smiles and warm greetings.The we head to Hollywood Plaza.First of all no wa greetings, no smiles.Second Chicken Mushroom is very watery where as a soup is suppose to be thick.Thirdly Minestrone Soup I spot a fly and asked for a change(glad they really changed it not just moving the bug 🥲😂)fourthly I've asked for a less ice Pepsi Max as it's for my kids. Instead gave me a whole block of ice with Pepsi 😂😂 Gave me a Pepsi without ice at all which tasted like water.fifthly (if that's even a word) the carbonara was bland. I had to add 3 packets of cheese and big of black better for a taste at least.& pizza was burnt. oh My my...Will surely not be coming back and just stick to kowloon city plaza instead.By The Way THE FLOOR IS FREAKING STICKY AS HELL! better hire a better cleaner to actually clean the floor. each step I go I hear sounds. this means the store inside and out in both dirty. hope I and my kids don't get diarrhea from eating here …查看更多
