之前喺朋友IG限動見到呢間韓泰fusion店,終於有機會試吓~餐廳燈光偏黃,枱凳排得密麻麻,嘈雜度似旺角茶記😂,但勝在冷氣夠凍,牆身掛滿韓文同泰文燈牌,幾有街頭風味。豬頸肉同牛肋條係主角,炭火爐自己燒幾過癮!肉質唔算超嫩,但醃得幾入味,尤其係甜辣醬汁嘅雞腿肉,咬落juicy~配菜有泡菜同生蒜片,夾住生菜食冇咁膩。不過爐火時大時細,燒燶咗兩舊牛舌😅。炭燒窯雞😋😋😋😋 半隻雞上枱,皮脆到「咔嚓」聲!炭燒味好出,肉質算滑,但雞胸位稍嫌乾身。最加分係泰式青檸辣汁,酸酸辣辣咁吊味,食完忍唔住啜手指👌!汽水機得可樂同芬達,普通啦~雪糕係韓國品牌,有蜜瓜同朱古力味,蜜瓜味似以前食嘅「密瓜球」雪條,甜到漏,食一球夠晒😆。兩個人$656埋單,抵食度中上,燒肉同窯雞都夠飽肚,但環境真係唔好預期傾密偈👂💨。如果路過元朗想大啖肉,可以一試!…Read More
