午膳時架車去西沙行吓，求其搵地方食晏，由於𠵱間看來舒適又唔人多，入咗去叫咗兩個set lunch, 雞扒沙律及牛肉意大利飯，包餐飲，份量可以，而味道很不錯👍另外加$40叫咗份梳乎厘，有兩件，味道及份量都滿意👍小店好似只有一個女侍應，服務態度很好，不過我哋食晏時顧客不多，如果生意忙顧客多時，服務態度是否會變差就不得而知啦。現場唯一一個批評地方是冷氣有些不夠，我哋去時外面約28度，初初坐低都不覺太熱，但食食吓出汗。落地玻璃令到店內很光猛，但如果出面很猛太陽，室內要有足夠冷氣。…查看更多

我和朋友最近嚟這裏食晏，人均消費$500，食物水準勉強符合這價錢，限時1個半鐘，因唔係好滿，我諗住真係個半鐘後才叫埋單，點知只過了1小時10分鐘，經理就放張單落我哋枱面，而當時餐廳還有很多吉枱。另外我在一天前申請了洒店的餐飲咭埋單以便拿少許折扣，埋單時也順便問經理有冇信用咭有折扣，但經理說用了洒店餐飲咭就冇其他折扣，態度非常不肖。雖然食物水準算合格，但經理的服務態度完全不達標，令到整體感覺非常差，原全吾明白粒米芝蓮係點拿。…查看更多

1月1號朝頭早見佢冇乜人靜靜地，入去試吓佢嘅所謂招牌蕃茄湯底。入去剛坐下來女侍應就黑口黑面咁楝咗係側邊問食乜，又冇餐牌睇，我講唔出點乜，佢就指住好遠處埲牆啲餐牌。又冇清水。總而言之，個女侍應好似同我有仇咁超級黑口黑面。食物完全冇特別，番茄湯底淡，多士有少許林，炒蛋完全overcooked 。我見到佢哋好似有兩部電子收費嘅機頭，但黑面神話找數淨係收現金，唔知係壞咗定乜。總括𠵱次係很差的經驗，唔怪得知佢拍烏蠅，俾錢幫襯佢仲好似欠咗佢咁，下次千祈唔好幫襯佢！！如果香港其他食肆係咁就大鑊啦！😡…查看更多

幾星期前閒日一家四口在這裏食晚飯，人不多，雖然價錢貴，但食物，環境及服務質素都高，絕對對得起這價錢，所以父親生日都建議再幫襯。但再來時是週末，人多好多，可能這原因令服務質素大幅下降，他們的茶壺超巨型及重，自己倒茶非常費力，但跟第一次來不同，這次冇人斟茶，要自己來。另外，茶水凍了又冇人理，但他們茶錢是每位$45加一😣！唔小心倒瀉茶又唔會幫你處理。總之整體感覺不好，服務態度只能以indifferent 來形容。…查看更多

We had a planned shopping trip to the Tung Chung outlet today and so planned to have lunch there as well. I tried calling the Enclave to book a table but couldn’t get through after many attempts over several days. In the end, I made the reservation online through the Silveri/Enclave webpage. But I never got any acknowledgment back by phone or email.So it was with some trepidation that we went to Enclave slightly ahead of the appointed time (11:50am). We were greeted by a glum looking manager in grey suit (the “man in grey”) He spoke to us in a low voice which was further muffled by his face mask. He asked if we had a reservation, I said I made the reservation online but didn’t know if Enclave received it. The manager eventually confirmed our reservation but then turned awkwardly silent, nor did he show us into the restaurant. So I asked him if we should come back at noon, only then did he say the restaurant was not yet ready to open and we should wait at the hotel lobby. He should have said so without me prompting.The other members of staff are friendly and attentive. The food was nice, the starter buffet included salad, lentil soup and sourdough bread slice. For main course, we ordered artichoke tart and pork belly, and for dessert, fruit crumble and lemon tart. Portions are slightly on the lean side but all tasted delicious. Prices are ok too ($168 for 2 courses and $208 for 3 courses), but tea and coffee cost extra. All in all, the dining experience was quite pleasant. But it was somewhat ruined, again by the “man in grey”. I noticed he happily helped young ladies to take photos but chose to completely ignore me when I signalled him for the bill and just walked past me. Good and reasonably priced meal considering service, quality of food and ambience. Service was discreetly attentive. The appetiser is sort of half caramelised onion and mousse, tasty and interesting. Then I had venison pie for starter, good but the taste could be gamier (like the one I tasted at Rules in London). My wife had wagyu beef from Kagoshima, very good flavour. But my Iberico pork is a bit disappointing, though tender, tasted somewhat bland (but the sauce was nice). I had small chocolate tarts for dessert, very good. I haven't written restaurant reviews before. But feel compelled to write about Casa P purely because it is such an oasis in the gastronomic indifference that is HK. This is my third visit and the food seems to have gone from strength to strength. I had a four course set lunch. It started with a minestrone soup which despite its simple vegetable ingredients, delivered a good mix of flavours to the palate. The next dish was a truffle-flavoured salad with smoked salmon. I wish the chef could have been a bit more generous with the truffle pieces sprinkled on the leaves to give it a bit more zing. But what made this dish interesting was the runny egg served in a small bowl with a large piece of truffle that went so well with the rest of the ingredients, especially the salmon.  The main dish was a chunky piece of grilled sea bass which was juicy and cooked just right. By the end, I felt so satisfied that I didn't really mind the dessert was of a size that could be swallowed in one single gulp.   The service was attentive without being intrusive. Admittedly $250 for a set lunch is not cheap but is still good value for food which is not far off fine dining standard. All in all, highly recommended…查看更多
