This small shop is amazingly good. The meat dumping is a must try, the dumping is hot and juicy. The meat juicy will burst out when you bite (so be careful, the soup is hot, the soup spit and to my phone I put next to the plate). The meat juicy is sweet and fresh with meat taste. The meat is fresh and good too.The shop has sign that said if the meat dumping is not hot nor juicy, they will give a new one. This tell the quality and their standard.The crab meat noodles is great too. A full bowl of crab meat and crab roe, pour the hot crab meats to the noodles. it is irresistible for crab lover. The crab has a little bit fishy smell, I think due to the amount of crab meat. I am ok with it since I love seafood and crab. The whole bowl or noodles and crab meat is very filling. The down side is it is a bit oily and there is a lot of oil stay at the bottom of the bowl. This restaurant is hiding in Sheung Wan and is very good. We ordered wagyu pasta, risotto, chicken and chuck flag tail steak.Pasta has the homemade texture and mixed with cheese and minced wagyu, texture and taste are both good.Risotto has rich taste and smell from truffle, topped with small sliced ham, risotto is merged with cheese. The whole is very balanced and rich. It is very filling.Chicken is soaked in olive oil but it is not oily. The skin and meat felt like KFC but in much better quality, meat is soft, skin is crispy.The chuck flag tail steak is another highlight of the night, the steak is well cooked with red/pink inside, it is sliced, the beef has good meat taste, soft inside and crusty outside.Tiramisu and crème brûlée are good too to finish a very nice dinner. Haven’t tried seafood in Lau Fau Shan and never on my preferred list for seafood. Just randomly decided to have seafood on a public holiday, randomly picked Lau Fau Shan to have a try and randomly picked a seafood restaurant for lunch.This restaurant is surprisingly good, good and friendly services, good quality seafood and cooking. Quality is comparable to Lei Yue Mun, Sai Kung and Lamma Island.
