兩送飯質素，1分鐘上菜，有一邊汁仲要係凍既。不過比個態度超差既鬍鬚阿叔大聲指指點點後，食龍肉都無味。。。你以為澳牛態度差，咁因為你未去過呢間。香港人對態度差接受能力都train得好好，不過今次我都睇唔過眼要出post。阿叔仲要全場超大聲咁不斷鬧其他客，其他夥記態度都唔好得去邊。其實唔鍾意做服務業可以轉行無必要發洩係真金白銀來食飯既客人身上。真心檢討下…查看更多

It was our first time at this restaurant after seeing the Youtuber 大島田’s suggestion and was excited to try some authentic Japanese food for Mother’s Day celebration.Unfortunately, the food was quite underwhelming and rather pricey (given the quality, service, run down decor and location). I am familiar with prices of Japanese restaurants in Central and they are charging similar prices but I cannot say this is value-worthy.More importantly, I will not return to this restaurant due to the service attitude of one of its staff - which is a true disappointment from a Japanese restaurant which I believe prides itself in hospitality. One of the staff mistook my order and when the wrong dish came, another staff forcefully asked and begged us multiple to keep the dish since “it was already cooked” and it was “similar to what I ordered”. It was Mother’s Day so I did not want to make a scene but the way they “pushed” me to take a dish I did not want - definitely made it hard to swallow as I was not even offered the option to return it. In the end I paid for twice the amount for a dish that just made me shudder with frustration. Disappointing. I understand restaurants may have had it hard during Covid but this is definitely not a way to do business.…查看更多
