Family dinner organised by my brother, which came highly recommended by his friend. Everything was steamed, preserving the juice, which seemed to be better than hotpot. All the seafood was very sweet and fresh. We had: Small clamsShrimpsFish balls ScallopsLobster Big clams- so big and juicyRazor clamsFish- texture just right. Not hard at all.Local beef- very tender, not chewy at all.Sweet corn ribs congee- we were so full by then but still couldn’t help finishing at least 1 bowl of congee each.

Sweet corn ribs congee- we were so full by then but still couldn’t help finishing at least 1 bowl of congee each. As expected, all the essence of the seafood had seeped into the congee. We fought over who to takeaway the remaining congee.
