One of my favourite places for sushi in HK! Have been coming here for years and first heard about it through a Japanese family friend. Lunch is cheap (around HKD80-120 per set) and dinner can be pricey, but it's totally worth it!I normally give him a budget, and Mr. Kato will choose whatever is fresh for that day and serve it to us. I LOVE their udon as the soup base is rich, tasty and very aromatic. They do a bit of yakitori, donburi, tempura etc. but definitely go there for fresh sushi, sashim

Atmosphere is nice and full of Japanese expats as well as locals. Seems to be popular amongst families as well as business people and can get very full on the weekends, so book in advance!
I'm actually going again this Friday and really looking forward to it...Yum!
