I heard that they opened this restaurant in tung chung so I went there with my friend tonight. The restaurant is not that big so lots of people were lining up outside. It took me around 10 mins to get my seats and the time was 7:20. I got the beef noodles with tomato soup. The soup was so yummy that I nearly drink the whole bowl. My friend got the traditional Taiwanese beef noodles, the soup was a bit spicy but tasted so good. The noodles was the thin noodles and it was cooked perfectly. The beef was tender and juicy.
The fried chicken wings were tasty. They were crispy and crunchy with strong peppery flavour.
The beef tripes were spicy and delicious. They were soft to chew and full of flavour.
The seasonal mango bubble drink was sweet and creamy.
