The next was samariscus japonicus with sashimi with three different preparation. First we had to try with raw sashimi with the mixed of edible flower. Then next was sashimi roll with some vegetable and dip it with the sauces. Lastly was sashimi flames toss, because it was belly side, so the it will be more flavorful compare to other.
After that the chef was opening a fresh oyster in front of us to ensure that was fresh import from Japan. The size was almost half my hand, it was huge. On top was a goldlike jelly, beside chef will put some rock salt. The taste was sweet and fresh, there is no any weird taste or smell.
Toro with a lot of katsuobushi definitely was catching our eyeball. The taste was very complex, first if was the sweet from the fish, then the katsuobushi exploded, so you will had to chew and had a mouthful of pack katsuobushi flavor.
Two different shell fish were served, it was so fresh that then the chef clap on it, it still can move. It was so fresh that will no need extra effort on it. The most difficult part was the chef knifes skill, only need some washabi and soyu.
one of the most impressive dish was the fat toro belly with some fresh vegetable. The toro was delivery on the same day from japan. It was fresh, and it was so sweet and tender, i was hoping that chef will give me another pieces.
Next meal was a 6 course sushi, It was all fresh ingredients that come directly from Japan. I can only said it with every penny that I spend.
