Yummy and interesting jianbing in Hong Kong

Amazing... this place just opened up and they let you know there's a 1.5-2 hour wait when they're busy. This is for jian bing! Something that usually takes a min or so in Beijing/Shanghai. And people were still lining up. luckily you give them your number and they'll call you when ready. i guess every read about it online and wanted to give it a try, because surprisingly jian bing is not really available in HK. we tried both the duck and the ma la chicken:since you can actually see them cooking

 since you can actually see them cooking the jian bing through the glass, you could actually see that he local guys who were cooking it are not that "skilled" in making it, fumbling around a bit, but to their (and the owner's) credit, it tastes quite good. the actual "bing" Itself is basically what it should taste like, and the though the toppings are not traditional, it is very tasty. the chicken definitely had more flavor than the duck. 
overall quite tasty and reasonably priced. will be back, as long as there's less of a line!
