Finally got to try the meat patty topped with fried egg! I’ve been here before and wanted to try that last time, but I ordered the char siu scrambled egg since I was craving for char siu at that time and thought that that dish would also have a fried egg. The fried egg was perfect! The bottom and sides were crispy, but the yolk in the middle was leaky. The meat patty was juicy, but a bit on the salty side. The rice was also pretty salty too because they poured soy sauce into it. Other than the d
