I went to Genki Sushi at Times Square. While I was waiting for sitting at the door, I saw your waiter cleaning the dishes, clean the table and putting 6 cups on the table by dipping his fingers into all the cups instead for lifting the cups from outside (just like what you normally see on the movie about lower class cafe). Yet, another waiter did the same thing while fixing the 6 cups in to their positions.Very fortunately, they asked my and my kids to sit on that table. I was feeling very di
Very fortunately, they asked my and my kids to sit on that table. I was feeling very disgust about the why the Genki management did not educate their staff about the basic hygiene.
Finally, I had to ask the shop manager but all she did is the changed the cups. No commitment at all. I am very concerns if the staff in the kitchen are the same, NO CONCERN on hygine. I have been eating Genki Sushi at least once a week with my kids. I don't want to go to Genki Sushi for the time being as it is very disgusting thinking about much bacteria that me and my kids have been eating and drinking.
