4/5Tried the abalone risotto this time, and it was amazing! That flavour is mild, comforting, is very unique but easy going. Love that ricotta croquettes, goes very well with the “juk” and added a little texture to it. but I would prefer a bigger piece or slice of abalone tho.Gingsen Raman first try too. Very light gingsen aroma, not my fav broth here. I like the smoked potato one better.
