I really wanted to like this place. I looked forward to trying here due to the raving reviews but to my disappointment it was mediocre at best. We ordered unmarinated beef short ribs Pork jowl Soy sauce raw crab Naengmyeon cold Korean noodles. The beef short ribs: was tough and flavorless no matter how you cooked it (rare, medium, well done.) which is kind of hard to do because short ribs is suppose to be one of the more flavorful cuts on a friggin cow. Perhaps the marinated version is better? B

The beef short ribs: was tough and flavorless no matter how you cooked it (rare, medium, well done.) which is kind of hard to do because short ribs is suppose to be one of the more flavorful cuts on a friggin cow. Perhaps the marinated version is better? But there are other Korean bbq restaurants have far superior beef.
Pork jowl: was... okay, nothing spectacular. Not enough fat/marbled in my opinion which is mainly the reason. Why you’d order lean pork jowl is beyond me.
Soy sauce crab: lacked tomalley, or crab muster/mustard. Definitely looked Better in the photos.
Korean cold noodles: hard to f* this up really. Was good. Nice pieces of frozen broth floating around, half an egg, Pear the whole nine.
Banchan: plentiful and really good, gave us extras when asked. If you want to go to a Korean restaurant with good free Banchan come here.
Service: average, took them a while to come
Around to turn our grill on, I mean I guess we could of done it ourselves.
They’re well known for their multi colored pork bellies, probably should of tried that instead. Will come back one more time to give them fair chance, perhaps a different location. Will see but so far I do not recommend
